I haven't seen this happen myself, but i'll test it out and add it to my post with my findings.Baron2537 wrote...
A Glitch I encountered was I just finished the Silverite Mine quest went to the Vigil, and after being attacked by the nobels (I forgot to go back to Dark Wolf) I exited and went back in to find everything in my personal Storage chest had literally vanished.
Tho Last night before I stopped everything was in my chest...I had done the mission but it ended badly with the common folk I killed the Nobels and had everything in my chest...took out the materials for the Dragonbone Sword for Wade...but since I had killed the common folk I said "Ah hell I will reload in the morning and see if I can deal with them peacefully" well upon reloading and playing the chest never seems to retain my equipment
I tried reloading before I went to the vigil and replayed the Conspiricy ending and the chest remains empty...Even tried going to the city and talking to Dark Wolf and then going to the Vigil...completly Empty...VERY ANGRY...someone please tell me something can be done to fix this.
Its as tho turning off my system last night caused my Chest to delete its inventory...

Devs told us many times over that DLC items do not carry over to DA:A (except RtO DLC). So if turn out to be naked or miss starfang, then it's your own fault and not a bug. Just don't expect it to be "fixed" on update.

That face disappearing bug, could anyone snap me a picture of that?
The armor textures issues are something we are looking into and the arm thing is another one I would love a picture of (even if it's a camera phone picture of your tv). I'll add it to the list none-the-less.
Don't have pics, but I've had this happen twice, once with Mhairi and once with my Main Character. Both in the middle of a sword & shield move.

-One in the Law and Order Quest: I spoke to the Shady Character and agreed to help him by talking to the bartender. Then I talked to the captain of the guard and agree to help him root out the smugglers. Then I went to the inn and intimidated the bartender into opening the passageway. When I came out of the inn, the smugglers were all angry at me and attacked me. After I killed them, I went to the captain of the guard (he had a plot point arrow over his head) to tell him I'd taken care of the smugglers. Instead of resolving the quest, he tells me he won't talk to me.
-When I went to talk to the Seneschal for Sigrun's joining, the dialogue options were only to start the war or to wait. So, I couldn't complete Sigrun's Joining quest as I wasn't given the option when I spoke to the right person.
-For some reason, I couldn't get Oghren to talk about his family after the initial start of his sidequest. I got the part where it says to talk to him, I got his approval rating at 80%-ish, and he still won't engage my character in dialogue to open up the rest of the quest. Maybe it isn't a glitch and I'm doing something wrong?
Anyway, at least the first two points I brought up are definitely glitches.

Please do because if it happens once it can very well happen again.
If this glitch can be bypassed it would be really nice I had several items like Duncans Sword and Dagger along with many rare Items I had yet to equip, enchant, or sell. Loads of runes I made and armors aswell.

The temporary fix to this is to delete the warden's keep DLC. This does cause other problems with your saves however.VampireCommando wrote...

The one where the character kept punching, do you know if the character was using a sustained ability at all?

1. When I added Velana and Justice to my party, they came in with a +100 approval automatically. They seem to remain at +100, even when I say things that ****** off Velana (which is often). The whole approval/gift thing is one of my favorite things in the game, so this was disappointing.
2. Glitchy plot-discussion with Velana in the Keep. In one of the automatic conversations you have when you enter the keep, both Velana and myself don't appear at all (all you see is background), and I don't hear her first round of dialogue. Basically means I have to stab in the dark for my first response to the conversation, which is extra-hard since I wasn't given a conversation prompt either.
As for the see-through glitch, for me it seems to be the result of the spirit warrior "beyond the fade" ability. it's all fine until the cut scenes, and then it's garish and distracting. Nothing like seeing the back of your character's head to distract you from the action at hand.

Also, when my character at the end of origins had Alistair kill Loghain and married Anora himself, it doesn't say I'm king in Awakening. Alistair shows up as king!
I sure hope they fix some of these things, because what I love most about the game is carrying my character through and affecting the world. Without that, it really disrupts the illusion of the world and I lose interest.

- Activating/completing the Law and Order quest in Amaranthine, or its Smuggling variance, seems to prevent Sigrun's personal quest from ever triggering. Gaining approval with Sigrun may also bug out her personal quest, but the jury's out on that one.
- Acquiring your later character/s (perhaps depending on how many side-quests you've done as to whether it includes two characters or just the last?) results in an immediate +100 approval burst from them. For me, it was only Sigrun.
- With the exception of Justice, picking up a character last makes it impossible to speak with Varel at Vigil's Keep to put them through the Joining. Or, I suppose, if you haven't put Sigrun or Velanna through the Joining by the time you trigger the end-game portion of the main plot, you can't put either through it. There is no dialogue option for it.
- When importing a playthrough from Origins, Oghren suffers from that game's diminishing returns in Awakening. That is to say, if you gave him a bunch of gifts in Origins, the first gift you give him in Awakening will grant only the lowest level of approval.
- Velanna's personal quest trigger may be bugged. By what, I've no idea. I tried to trigger it before beginning end-game, after finding out it was a random encounter. Her approval was in the white (read: far right of the meter, between the last marker and the end of the meter) - high, just short of max - and after spending approximately two hours, I never got her random encounter. I have since tried it again for a half-hour with no luck. The only random encounters I get are random enemies - darkspawn, mercenaries, and bears, oh my.

Besides that, the one that bugged me, and I don't believe this is supposed to happen, is that Justice's head is translucent. It's weird becuase you can see the circles for his eyeballs and the shape of his gums and teeth like they're just floating in his transparent head.
Other than that I've also had the arm glitch where random NPCs would hold out their arm like they're carrying a staff. That occured in DAO though. Some info thatay or may not help is that I imported a character who did not complete the first game yet. I was a rogue, I completed the guard quests in Am city but had also finished the first pirate/thief quest afterwards which caused the guards to hate me.

I have that sentinel armor bug also Oghren is very buggy with his attacking hit things when he nowhere near them and sometimes stays there spinning his Axe around.
i had this happen to me in the mother's battle oghren would just stand in the middle of the bridge he became un movable would move or be forced to move...
i did another play thru and found another bug thats effects playablity as you go thru the city killing the smugglers if you decide to pick up the apostate quest where the muttering man, elf, and mumbling man and the apprentice apsotate quest for the chanrity if you get the male human that go up to the battlements the out side mobs for the finishing of the smugglers quest will lock your characters up in the battlements in attack mode due they target the smugglers mobs up in the battlements and cant and wont go back into noprmal mode to use the doors and have to restart the game if you forget to kill the smugglers again you will once again get "lock upstairs and will not do any thing

The one required for Wade to make Vigilance? Yes. It even shows up as a "trophy" in the throne room behind Velanna, I do believe.Ravenmyste wrote...

For Anders, when it got to the point where the quest told me to go to a warehouse, the abondanded warehouse door wasn't active, so I could not even enter. Curiously, any time I passed that door Anders would start talking constantly as if I was constantly clicking on him.
I'm having the same issue, and reloading to an earlier save didn't fix it.
I've also never received Sigrun's personal quest (despite getting her to 100% approval every time) and haven't ever gotten Veldanna's personal quest.
If you leave the Wending Wood or Kal'Hirol with Veldanna or Sigrun respectively in your party before finishing the questline of the area, you can take them to the keep and have them go through the Joining before they've agreed to do any such thing, just by talking to Varel.
A number of spells and talents which say they constantly drain stamina do nothing of the sort. Most noticeable is the Spirit Warrior's final talent, but there are others as well.
The High Dragon just before Drake's Fall doesn't drop any loot, but apparently is supposed to.

Anyway, The map in the top-right corner of the screen showed only a grey block instead of a map, with a grey blob pacing around the outside of the square as I moved my character around the map. Has anyone had this happen during other encounters?
Edit: Discovered the same issue with the "Burning Bridge" encounter.
