Is there like some easily screwed up text option during the start of the expansion? Because once it showed ogrehn only , so I restarted and now it shows Anders and Ogrehn but not... whats her name (The tank girl)
So having found out theres respec books for only 6 gold I just respecced Oghren as a tank but I think it could really take away from the whole expansion to totally just miss one new character because I , Idk... pissed them off or something? So basically is it normal that not all of them show up as available group members at 1st or what?
3 do the joining , yet only 2 of them show up as available party members?

Well tank girl doesn't live through her joining so she's like an Origin party member.

Mhairi (tank lady) dies during the joining. Anders is also optional, so it's possible you didn't recruit him the first time.

if you recruit anders, he makes it, oghren makes it, and everyone afterwords makes it through the joining, mhairi however they decided to kill off. terrible choice in my opinion, but ive elaborated in many other posts (it really ticked me off lol)

It's just as well, she was already disapproving of anything awesome that was going on.

Ah ok , well seeing as I restarted 10million times trying to get things just right (Because it took till then to realize the merchant sold respec books....) I had kinda just skipped through everything the 2nd through 27th times and must have missed that it killed her
Thanks

Sorry pal, everyone's tried everything I think - even if she could live there would be signs this was expected. The game would be dotted with gifts meant for her and to raise her approval and none exist.
Yup, join the sorrows, Bioware got us good. Lets drink to corporate wiles.

Yup, wish she lived too. Game is not as interesting with a toolfest.

Luckily the expansion is so easy, even on nightmare, that a tank isn't necessary

I don't see why doing anything different WOULD let her survive the Joining. It's just about whether or not your bod can withstand the taint, not how much you like the Warden-Commander. After all, in the first game Duncan could be your savior/ticket out of hell or you could hate him for be willing to stand by and watch you die unless you joined him or anything in between and you still survived.
