So if I delete my Bioware Social account, what happens? Do I simply lose my forum account here, or do I lose all of my registered games as well? If I delete my social.bioware.com account, will my Bioware games and DLC remain attached to my EA account, or will I lose access to everything?
Thank you.

Hello,
I have the same Problem: I actually want to delete/change the E-Mail Adress under which I am registered here (because the Mail-Adress has become target of spammers, so I will get rid of it anyways).
Now there are some questions:
If I delete my account, what happens?
- to the original DA DLC (Stone Prisoner, Blood Dragon Armor - can I use the Codes a second time with a new account, when my old one is deleted?)
- to the DLC I bought (is it lost forever, can I retrieve it somehow?)
Is there a way to change the Mailadress of the acccount without deleting the account?!?
Can one swap the DLC to another account?
I would really be glad for your help!

If you delete your account from the BioWare Social Network your EA account will still be intact. You won't lose your DLC and you will not be able to re-use your codes. Registered BioWare games are only registered on this site so they will no longer be tied to a valid account if you delete it.
If you are looking to change your email address go to https://profile.ea.com/myinfo.do, login and click "Update My Info". You can modify your email address there. Once you have finished changing your email address logout of this website and log back in.
If you need to swap DLC from one account to another you need to contact EA Customer Support.

Okay, just to clarify, if I register my BioWare games with BioWare Social account A, and then I delete account A, after which I create account B, I can then re-register my games with account B?

@Melchiz I can look into what will happen with your registered games. What is the reason you want to delete your account and create a new one?

I wish to change my username, and that cannot be done. Thus, my only option is to delete my account and create a new one with a different username.

What about content acquired from codes and the online games DA: Journeys and Legends? When I delete my existing social account and then create a new account, re-registering my games, will that content re-appear in my bioware social account?

I have a very complicated problem, if I say so myself, and I was hoping if anyone could give me some advise;
I have 2 EA accounts and therefore 2 BioWare Social accounts:
- The first one is an account that I apparently created while I started playing Mass Effect 2 on my Xbox, a year ago. Linked to my gamertag (Chiefy Master), Thats the account that I am posting with right now. This is also the oldest account. http://social.bioware.com/3079067/
- And another one which I made when i started playing Dragon age Origins/Awakening on my mac, half a year ago. The account who is posting right below my post ^^. (Stigly) http://social.bioware.com/2205641/
Recently I started playing mass effect 2 again, but I want to be able to use the registered game content that I unlocked in dragon age. I am also planning to buy Dragon Age 2 and Mass effect 3 in the near future. So it would be nice to transfer all the items, including my gamertag, from this account (JHFZwanenburg) to my other account (Stigly).
So the main question is: Is this possible without the need of long and expensive phonecalls?
Thank & grtz,
Joost

As 'proof' :'P
This is the account which I made when I started playing Dragon age Origins/Awakening on my mac, half a year ago.
So once again the main problem:
- 2 EA/BioWare Social accounts
- JHFZwanenburg has al the Mass Effect 2 registered game content and is also linked to my XBOX LIVE gamertag (Chiefy Master)
- Stigly has all the registered game content of Dragon Age Origins/Awakening
And once again my question:
- Is it possible to transfer my linked XBOX LIVE gamertag and all the registered game content from one account to another?
Again my thanks,
Joost (Again) :'P

No phone calls needed, just need to contact EA online support (support.ea.com) and ask them to transfer your entitlements from Account A to Account B. I don't know about gamertags but I'm guessing they can transfer that too, or at least unlink it so you can re-link it to the account you want to use.

So I just contact online support and they can help with transfering everything over and consolidate it all into my more recent account? Wouldn't really care if i had to pay a small fee.
