I think you should combine healing damage done and damage taken as factors for the win.

can i ask that the crows deal more then just 3 damage...for assassins we start out with limited number of special attacks low life and no healing...kinda feel like the weakest.

We should at least have an ability to cloak ourselves so we can avoid attacks form other teams...maybe for every team we have 3 Xs on we can avoid one attack from a special ability?

I am toying with the idea of giving the Crows another very minor boon. Their ability to cause 3 damage is pretty weak by itself, especially considering they only have 25 life. Their hero is decent. I'm considering perhaps something along the lines of 'During each random event, the Crows gain 1 life for every X that's in play. This happens AFTER an X is
removed from all other teams as per the Assassinate ability's special rules.'

So even if they were able to SOMEHOW put three Xs on every team, they'd only gain 12 life. Remember, that's at the absolute maximum. Who knows, maybe I'll make it even weaker than that. 'They gain 1 life for every 2 Xs in play, rounded down.'

But this isn't the place to discuss it. If you have thoughts, share them on the group discussion boards.

well then might aswell hit the dwarves and drop them down a bit more.

I'd say, instead of a heal power for the Crows (it doesn't really seem to fit too well with them) maybe make the assassinate more powerful, or add more health to represent that these guys are the best of the best, not just some murdering thugs.

Bollocks. Templars don't go around butchering non-mages. My point still stands.
The blight and dalish both have mages in their ranks, far fever than the magi, ergo, the damage done should be comparatively lower. And again, the blight have nages in their ranks too, ergo, Templar Commander should damage the blight too.

Ya, but it's not just the mages in the Dalish. It's also the fact that the Chantry really, really wants to convert them, and the Dalish were punished for worshiping their Pantheon when they had the Dales. So, it's more like an Exalted March against all the Dalish in this war game than a mage hunt.

I'm pretty sure the Chantry leaves the Dalish to do their own thing, which is why Dalish mages aren't taken into the Circle in the first place.
