Also, another bug, this one having to do with the Elf, Velanna. I had her do the joining BEFORE even entering the mines but then I get the scene after killing the dragons where she asks to become a Grey Warden. Ridiculous! Bioware, fix this heap of bugs. Seems like the expansion was rushed out without proper testing.

Killed 3 and 4 got all my gear back which included RtO DLC items. had no issue.
Everyone did install the on disc patch before starting the game right?

To fix it, I loaded a file bofore entering the mines, equiped my main character with random non RtO loot.
Edit: Confirmed - You can NOT be wearing callian's armor or any RtO itens, they must be on your backpack.
AWAYS: blame the DLC!

Anyway, if I were you, I would just reload and do what I did. I lost about an hour of gameplay only, though some people don't regularly save so they've had to start over. On my bugged run-through I took Justice, Velanna, and Anders. On the one that worked I took Velanna, Ogren, and Nathaniel. I recommend always taking Velanna and Ogren. If you don't, it seems to screw up the quest. Also, Ogren has a great couple of lines!

Same thing happened to my wifes character this morning, completed mines then got the Elf meeting.
Ending up starting a new character, which by the sounds of it, is the only thing you can do?

:sick:This problem happens on the PC aswell Not just play station
:devil:I have a work around to this bug. Place all of the main character items in your personal storage chest before you enter the sliverite mine. then wear the dark spawn crap this will make you rely on your party members for most of the damage. but its a work around till they get around to patching.
It appears that after the cut scene that happens after entering the Sliverite mines for the first time if you wake up nekid you will not get your warden stuff back. but if you wake up with clothes on you will. Also i enter completely nekid and no Subject spawned for me.
When i returned to Vigil's keep after the Mines all of my stuff was there Armor, Weapons, Potions, Etc
But if i had equipped one item (Junk Sword) and woke up nekid i did not get that sword back, but i reloaded and woke up with clothes the subjected spawned with that junk sword. and i got my stuff back.
