There are no corpses to search. Its all gone. The equipment is simply not there.
Its a bug. This sort of thing pisses me of so much and it is so easily prevented, just made a chest or something at the end that has all the stuff not currently on you in it.
So now I have to replay like 3 hours of gamplay, god dammit.

This is exactly what happened to me.
I have enjoyed Dragon Age, and see it's potenitial. But honestly, despite it's good qualities, with all the bugs and lack of support/patches, it really blows. So much so, that my opinion of Bioware has really taken a nose-dive. They really need to get on top of this stuff, as I'm sure the few 100 man hours to fix these issues will well and truely pay for itself with restored confidence from the consumer. Case in point, i was ****ing in my pants over the new star wars MMO, but now I think I might just sit back and see how it turns out first. And then there is DA2. Do I really want to put myself these types of game-breaking bugs again?

You'll know if the mines are screwed up for you ,if you wake up naked in your cell...someone already mentioned it here.

What a complete f*** up from Bioware.
I wonder if an employee will post in this thread and promise a complete fix, and not post some ridiculous apology because no-one cares for an apology they just want their investment of time back. Its not the consumer's fault for encountering game-breaking bugs if they are playing a genuine and fully paid up for copy.
I hope Dragon Age 2 doesn't turn out to be this dismal regarding the actual programming of the software, but maybe I don't want to know.
