My questions are the following:
1)The upgrades for Vigil Keep; what are they and where do I get them.
2)The merchants for Vigil Keep; where can I find them?

the upgrades are mineral deposits. I remember only getting 3 deposits, and that was enough to upgrade the entire keep.



the merchants are right at the entrance of the keep lol.

No, I mean merchants you must find outside in the world.

Its for finishing "Trade Must Flow" Quest

One is a random encounter the other is in the silverite mine (those are the only two I have found so far)
