When will EA / Bioware allow Steam to release the DA:A in Europe ??
The official release date for Europe is 3/18/2010 (today) it's 16:00 and the expansion isn't avaliable yet.
Steam people are protesting in Steam forums, with no response from Steam; I wonder if Bioware can give us a word telling when the expansion will be avaliable for us

Yeah i'm in the same shoe here, Worst part is that Steam states the game as, and i quote. "Release Date: 18 Mar 2010" Hell it changed to that status 15 hours ago, yet they are still taking "Pre-Orders" on the game. I don't know who to blame, and frankly i don't care. I just want my game the date its promoted on said service to be released.
I know Bioware can't do anything about it, but it would be nice to hear if its a mistake on Steams side...
Pretty please?

it may be 16:00 in europe. but if you take a look @ the server time of the steam forum it states it is GMT-8 so in fact it is 7:00 to where those people who could possibly respond to the uproar in the steam forums. Let them eat heir breakfast and try starting steam not before 18:00 or even 19:00 here in Europe.
so long!

Original launch of DA:O was at 01.00 *one hour after midnight* in EU *atleast in my part of EU/Denmark* so i don't see why DA:A should be any different

I think there is no server time in Steam ; instead of that, you configure your time zone in the user menu
At least, the time I see in everyplace in Steam forums are my local time, that I configured in the User's menu
But yes, your theory is logical; if steam people are from US, they should unlock DA:A after they woke up, however I think this is not very profesional.
US people have the game; other downloading places have the game; Europe stores have the game; piracy webpages have the game; but Steam Europe users can't get the game until nobody knows when
