I can't seem to get the debug console working in Awakening.
Has anyone gotten it to work yet? I need it; it's vital; it's not to cheat but to warp past an invisible, gamestopping obstacle in the game.
It either needs to be enabled differently, or the old commands don't work, or both.
I *need* to get the zz_jump_around command working; or I can't proceed in my game.
PLEASE - anyone gotten it working it yet? (Someone else said it WAS working, except I tilde, type all the old commands, and ... nothing happens.)

It is working. Just typed in runscript zz_jump_around and it moved my character
Perhaps there are no waypoints where you are located? Where are you located at in the game and what is stopping you from moving

Weird. You know what, I disabled Advanced Tactics, and another one called Add Points Through Console Mod. (It didn't seem to be doing anything before anyway). To solve my other problem.
Now the debug console IS working. My guess is a mod was preventing it from working properly.
I just typed "runscript addxp 50" and just got 50 XP. I *swear* that was NOT working before.
Of course, since I can't see what I'm typing, maybe I was mistyping it. But I'm pretty sure I tried twice. Oh well.
Bottom line folks: dev. console WORKS. Nothing new needs to be done. Far as I can tell, most of the old codes are working.

I heard that the 'zz_<code>' codes now don't need the 'zz' tag. So try just the code or underscore with the code.

runscript zz_addmoney x, where x =amount in copper.. addmoney 500 = 5 silver..
at least i think that was right, only used it once to buy the blooddragon set.. pity you cant get refunds, that armour is crap

I can't for the life of me get the console up. I've tried editing the keybindings file to bind it to the ~ key, but in game that does nothing. Trying to type runscript just opens the normal menus and screens that are bound to those buttons. I've no idea what else to try.

i can not get the console up and working. i've tried binding and rebinding the key used to open the console, to no avail. i've double checked my shortcut etc etc. it was working fine before awakenings, now it does not work, the console will not come up for me.
any ideas?

zz_fab is a nice way to actually obtain the missing parts from the blackblade armor set (and other items)
