1) Upload a screenshot of yourself, including the minimap standing right in front of the wall.
2) Describe what quest you are on and what objectives you have already completed.
3) Describe the immediate area around you, so we can locate it ourselves if we try to reproduce your issue.
A second part to this request: If you see a poster describe a barrier that you have gotten past, please suggest steps that you took that allowed you to pass.
Thanks!

ADVANCED TACTICS MOD. DO NOT RUN THIS IN AWAKENINGS. IT'S BROKEN.
It created the wall I ran into ... re-entered area with it disabled and the invisawall was no longer there.
SECOND PROBLEM: your characters won't gain any new A-specific abilities in their scripts until you turn it off.
DISABLE IT IN AWAKENINGS, IT'S BROKEN.

Screenshots located right next to the invisible wall in Kal'Hirol.
Quest Location: http://img35.imagesh...10031817481.jpg
It's right at the beginning of the lower reaches, right after turning the corner upon entering the area.

I can also say that uninstalling the Advanced Tactics mod fixed this for me. Thanks CybAnt1.
EDIT - Uninstalling advanted tactics fixed it at the crypt but not at the lower reaches.

EDIT: Must have been an anomaly, because reloading a save fixed it. I wonder if it's the case that the designers chose to stick invisible walls in place to keep enemies from running away during fights, but they aren't being removed properly all the time?

Basically, Advanced Tactics mod is at the core of most of these invisible wall problems. When the Lower Reaches area was generated with the mod active, it created an invisible wall. However, when I created a new character and entered the same area without Advanced Tactics on, the wall was not there. So if you're encountering the invisible wall, turn off Advanced Tactics, and hopefully you have a previous save available that did not enter that area. Otherwise, you'll have to make a new character like I did.
Hope that helps some of you.

I figured out how to bypass the save at the Lower Reaches, but it may involve making a new character...it did for me.

Same thing happened to me while I was in the fade. I was lucky that I had a previous save.

The author of Advanced Tactics created a fix. I'm using it now and it works. I was stuck at the shadowy crypt and now with the fix, am not.

Tested this on the other character stuck at the invisible wall, and it worked! Use one of the files containing the script, and it works like a charm. Thanks for the find!

there's a LOT more bugs then invisible walls..how about a word on "collecting info" for them? like oh..I dunno..the CONTINUOUS ****ING CRASHES since that **** patch 1.3
They probably haven't made a thread dedicated to collecting info on the crashes from patch 1.03/Awakening because of the sheer number of different threads that already to exactly that. (http://social.biowar...8/index/1765654 - 18 pages worth of posts, a lot of which have to do with crashes. I'd say that's plenty of info)
What you're actually complaining about is their apparent lack of action on fixing said bugs. You have to realize that the game is on three different consoles, all of which have their own problems, not to mention that the crashes tend to be for many different reasons, especially on the PC where hardwhere and its infinite combinations make a huge difference. Someone is at fault though, for the early release of patch 1.03/Awakening, because the sheer number of bugs being reported by the community simply isn't excusable.
So before you start flaming me, I essentially agree with you. However, I do disagree with your manner of trying to communicate with Bioware...if they don't really reply to people who stay calm about the situation, what makes you think they're going to communicate with people screaming and cussing at them? Just calm down, and be patient. If you can't be patient, there are lots of good games out there for you to play. No one's forcing you to play the bug-ridden ones.

I just ran into my first invisible wall in the Wending Wood, after the fight with the summoned Sylvans and wolves (no spoilers etc.). This is the first main quest location I've begun, but I have been to Amaranthine and done all available side-quests available upon leaving Vigil's Keep for the first time. Note: I have no mods installed at all.

I got that one as well, it disapeared once i killed 2 remaining wolves not far behind. I suppose that wall stay there till you kill everything that is spawn after the cinematic

I was going to report this same invisible wall. What I found out was that there were two more blight wolves alive, behind me - that had somehow not "entered the fray". I was not in "combat mode" either when encountering the "wall". Going back and killing the wolves allowed me to walk up that path.
EDIT: Heh, didn't read the post directly above mine. Anyway, consider this "confirmed". This is on PC btw.

I finally got past it by using the Wending Wood Debug console "runscript zz_trp_debug" selected "Jump to a Plot" and "Confrontation with Velanna"
