I've been looking for EA's Live Support Chat feature for the past half hour on their website without any luck. Needed some help with a redemption code for Mass Effect 2 codes, and I can't find a link to save my life. Tried scouring the EA site with no luck, tried searching with Yahoo and Google, and no luck. Is it intentionally so hard to find?
