CHaracters swiming (stuck in a movement, and it looks silly, they can still hit but they will keep going back to there aawwwsome swimming move, if u dont know what that looks like UR LUCKY!)
battle sounds dont appear, 50% of the times i can hear darkspwn sounds and characters talking but the blades and so dont make any sounds, takes away from the moment.
if u have more then 8 saves u cannot import characters.
you can't use the re-skill tombs bought in the store on any character.
people talk about alistair if he wos alive (hes not in my game)
CURRENTLY im carrying 290/120 load, thats awwsome though, never change that, lol!
2 scenes didn't load and i had to load the save to do them again
oh yeah, good 3 hours lol (not) im gonna go to sleep, bioware, WTF? lol..
well at least theres some awwsome items

2. In the Vigil keep courtyard the darkspawn are supposed to break open the door to the guardhouse/wall, but they just stand there in front of the door looking dumb...
Air of Insolence seems to create a lot of sound problems. Turning that off helps a bit. It sounds like you have a limited amount of sound channels and that sounds fail to play cause there are none left... I get this sudden c64-4channel feeling... ;-P
And all this is just from 30 minutes of playing, I dread to find what else is bugged...

If anything, the camera is smoother and the graphics look more rich (depth of color, more detailed.)

Crashed twice. No sounds other than grunting. Only played an hour so far. Great job on the testing.

I have noticed that if you bought the hard disc copy it has the "dragon age patch" thing on the XMB... if you load this everytime you go to play the game seems to run a LOT better for some reason... less visual and sound glitches for sure...
but i do agree that this overpriced game should have been tested WAY more before it was released and i stand by my initial response stating that i will not buy another Bioware game...
that statement is more due to fact that the company seems to care more for Xbox and PC users and has shown some lack of respect to PS3 owners!!!

According to the instruction manual, you're supposed to rerun the DAO patch if you have the disc version of DAA. I did that before I fired up DAA for the first time, and I haven't experienced any game-breaking bugs (yet). I have, however, encountered several cosmetic bugs, including missing codex entries, occasional sound issues and the rare graphical glitch (a cloned guard almost right behind her original in a cutscene in Amaranthine!)

I had that happen once. Did you click to speak to the gaurd when it happened or moved close enough to the city to trigger the event? I have found that it only creates the double if you talk to the gaurd instead of letting the event trigger.

Spoiler!
All the points were lit, but not all the paths. I presume that is the solution?

I too completed the stone/ fire puzzle in the Wending Wood without getting the reward.

I kept moving the stoned around, and eventually extinguished the flame. I got the chest with the reward. It was really hapzard, but maybe try to move some of the stones back to the outer rim (it's what I did).
