i know that if u get about 96 percent  of world u get achiievment and ive heard that some people got achievment even when they went everywhere except k or ds outpost is this true

I got the achievement without K/D hideouts after my 1st playthrough; I didn't do all of the barkeep quests to get to the hideouts until subsequent play-throughs.
