Baroness quest bug in Blackmarsh halting progress

After entering Blackmarsh, find Kristoff's body and have the First translate you into the Veil. Once there, pass through the crypt and enter the village proper. Find the spirit of justice and begin the confrontation with the Baroness. "Kill" the First and watch the cutscene wherein the Baroness uses him to fuel your return to Blackmarsh.
On arrival in Blackmarsh, Justice has taken over Kristoff's body. He stands motionless where the body once lay and responds only with a bark to the effect that we'll talk later after we've found the Baroness. Return to the village.
The Baroness is positioned roughly where the "Destroyed Village" marker stands, elevated slightly off the ground. If you talk to her, she replays the teleportation cutscene from her current vantage point. At the scene's completion your party is teleported to the extreme SW corner of the map, probably at 0,0 coordinates. The plot appears to be frozen solid at that point, as if some quest flag has failed to be tripped and the Baroness is stuck in her former stage.

He and Baroness are left slugging it out, with both having a "friendly" green health bar. Talking to either of them restarts the "storm the gate" dialogue.
I've tried it from multiple saves and this always happens. I've even reinstalled the whole game (and lost ALL my achievements FFS) but to no avail.
Is this a bug or have I missed an event trigger somewhere? Please help, am at the end of my tether.

I have a similar problem in Blackmarsh Undying. I storm the gates with Justice and kill the One, shades &c.

Someone must have an answer! I'm dying to continue on my journey in Awakening and I can't figure out how :/
It also seems that you don't have to talk to her at all, it should trigger here.
I noticed more information, look how "Justice" character is in their group, this leads me to believe that a cutscene for us has been missed when interacting with Justice outside of the fade.
Yup check this out:
At the end it shows when you're teleported back out of the fade, I never got that cutscene, instead I was just standing there with justice doing nothing...so here's the specific place where the bug must occur.

Good finding ! Now, if could know if it's linked to my computer, my OS or just a nice game-related bug it would be great.

Phenom II 965 Quad Black Edition

I also put Anora on the throne, however I slayed Lohgain. I also went to Amarantine before going to the Blackmarsh.

If I can be bothered, will incrementally re-enable the mods to see if it's one in particular blocking an event trigger.

This is what I would suggest. I know Innodil's Pocket Plane breaks the beginning part of the game, so if any of you guys that are experiencing these issues have any mods enabled, try disabling them and see if it makes a difference.

I have tried it on both my higher end computer and my husband's computer (to ensure it was not a graphics card glitch). I have tried it with windows 7 and windows 2000.
I have no mods whatsoever.
This is exceedingly frustrating.

Indeed, I hope that something can be found to fix it. I really don't want to have to start all over again or something like that :S

Even if you do it is no guarantee it will work. I first tried it with my character from the original campaign. Then I went through the whole thing until Blackmarsh again with a newly created character and it still did not work (i have no mods installed whatsoever).
Btw. did everyone install DA 1.03 before installing the new campaign ?

I had not installed it before, but the auto installer adds it before installing DAA.

Maybe it has something to do with how triggers work ?

The guy (Kristoff or Justice) says you have to handle the baroness first, (And does nothing) when you talk to her, she just repeats whatever the dialouge was when you finished the battle in the Veil (Wheter it's the 'good' or the 'bad' path) and it teleports you to and location outside of the area (you can walk to the barriers of the marshes but no further) There must be a solution to this, I'm not willing to play through this again, but I want to see the ending, I paid for it, so....

No Mods. I didnt patch the game manually (I think awakenings installation did that automatically).
Windows 7 64 Bit
2x 8800GTX SLi
Q6600
4GB PC6400 Ram.
Running Kaspersky in the BG.. that's about it.
Frustrating, can't continue playing the game
