Can someone explain to me how I might fix this problem please?

I've been getting this error as well on every login attempt since the 1.03 xbox360 patch last week. I'm assuming that Bioware broke something in the patch process as that would be typical.

It's not due to the recent patch,as szathmab said, this has been an issue since December.



I'm not too sure why it happens, I think it may be that the online servers are too congested right now with Awakening just coming out??? As far as I know the only thing it does is upload your in-game info to the site here, you cant do anything with it and it seems rather useless to be honest. From my experience it did'nt affect my gameplay at all.

My online profile access error is back after I had it fixed for months. I suspect it's something to do with the awakenings dlc and/or the patch. If you remember there was a long bug fix involving redownloading all the dlc in sequence. Maybe my disc version of DA:A doesn't have authentication codes like the dlc? This may not be your issue at all. Sick of these minor annoyances that's for sure.

I have this too, but I have acquired the items from the web game, which are validated against the server when I play. It wont let me load at all unless I can connect to the server.

/sign I had it early. Got it fixed. now it's back. See my marvellous image? That image used to show up too...when the new error started, my image (this is the character I'm using in Awakenings, after having completed Origins) vanished.



Not a game breaker. Just saying it's going on.

I had the same problem with the Journeys dlc items, I can't remember which thread it was on but if you noticed it downloads once for all three items. The thing that worked for me was to delete the pack then download it again using a different item.My first item was the necklace I think, so I deleted the pack then went to downloads and selected the belt, it downloaded the pack again, then deleted the pack again and went to the downloads and used the last item, the helm, to get the pack a third time. Haven't had any problems since, I think it is something to do with the licenses for the items not being recognized since all three were downloaded from a single item. Doing them all seems to fix that. Hope this helps.

Happens to me every time I play the game, my online profile storage is full and I dont know how to delete files (I only have one character on this site).

Network bugs are a bit tricky, would any of you kind forlks give me some steps on how you are logging in?

ex:

1. Turn on X360

2. Access Dragon Age...etc...

I would just like to see where in the steps the network is saying that you cannot log on.

I've been experiencing this on Ps3.



1) Enable network connection/ Sign into PSN/ Start Dragon Age



2) Checks save Data/ Checks Downloadable Content/ Unable to Access Online Profile Data Msg.



- I am using a neighbor's Wi-Fi so I cannot adjust firewalls, but it used to update my data back in November/ December. Sometimes a few bits of data gets through to my online profile: trophies and other achievements will be noted, but character potraits/ story details haven't uploaded in months.

3. the game says logging in to servers or something like that
4. game says checking downloadable content
5. some times it takes a few min or seconds, a error pops up saying Unable to access your online profile storage. The game has encountered an error.
Also i have a direct connection from my modem to my 360 so there is no firewall issue here

A few times i have managed to not get this error until i have loaded a game and the error would pop up right after the loading screen. this has been happening to me probably from december. I really did not pay too much attention to it because i would get some updates on the social site every now and then..But if you look at all my characters its all uploaded wrong with no pictured and incorrect game data

so - does anyone from BioWare or EA ever post answers to these questions? I get this error and also it tells me I reached the character limit and to delete all the saved games for a character. I did this for two characters already and still cannot create a new character or access my online profile. I have purchased both DAO and DAO: Awakenings - and all the DLC for the XBOX 360. I am considering purchasing Mass Effect 2 - but not if I am just going to have problems.

Has this something to do with characters not updating here on social.bioware?

I'm still around 8th level, but if I check my character page here, it's still at level 7 as if I never entered Brecilian Forest... does anyone know why?
