I am trying to access the ME2 DLC page but keep getting redirected to the page that says:


Cerberus Network

Mass Effect 2 Addons

I HAVE a Cerberus network logon and I HAVE accessed DLC before - but the difficulty associated with accessing this DLC is beyond infuriating.  It makes me wonder why I'm paying to let bioware harvest all my personal information this way.

It's an improvement on the old DLC site - which was utterly pathetic - but is still way too confusing to use properly.

you can find it in the future also by mousing over "profile" on the left and then clicking registered game promotions.

I've bought Collectors Edition of ME2 and downloaded all the DLC I got as a bonus and installed them but I can't actually use them as I get this msg when the game loads and atempts to connect to the server: "Communication with the Mass Effect 2 server was interrupted or has timed out. Please try again later."

I've turned off my Kaspersky Internet Security and it didn't help.

The auto-login seems to be broken in ME2.  You have to manually log in each time you start the game.  When it fails the first time it may give you a message about your DLC being unavailable, but after you log in you'll be fine.

Thanx Hawke but I don't think it worked. maybe it has something to do with me using a router for my internet. I'll give it anotehr try or two and see what happens. I've also had problems conecting Steam servers for any games that require Steam accounts.

so far it hasn't worked which really irritates me as DLC Pinnacle Station for ME1 worked like a charm. just install it and voila. but no they had to change it. I've got all this awesome DLC and I can't do jack-all with it.
