Are bows not meant to have slots? The Howe Bow in my game had 3 slots.

The bluish tier 9 bow that's restricted to Nathaniel? I'm on the PC and it has 0 slots.

Guessing I must have installed a mod somewhere down the line that added slots to bows... Don't remember what, though. Edit2: Thanks, poster above. I think that's what it was.
Edit: Not used to posting pics, sorry for the size. You can see the rune slots down the bottom, though.
