I'm in camp for the first time and ready to start heading to the main game.  I have already DL'ed and installed everything available. My main is a Rogue.  I know I'm going to want Wynn in the party ASAP.

My question is whether it is a good idea to go to the Warden's keep now or wait.  I don't want to get anything that is going to break the game due to overpowered ness or to go there and slog though battles that are too rough cause I wasn't expected to go there yet to come out the other side overly strong for the rest of the game.

My ideas:
Go to the mage tower to get wynn, then do the keep. 
Go the other way around.
Wait to do keep until the end.

I went there at the very beginning, everything scales. Bring Morrigan with you.

Brought my PC (rogue), Leiliana, Alistair, and Wynne with me. Had no troubles with it.



I did it after the circle's tower, getting the new king, shale's sidequest, shale's character specific quest, getting the location for the sacred urn quest, offing Morrigan's mother...



Etc...

of course it may be harder for you at an earlier level if you're not all looted out like me. Sure emptied out my inventory when I got the storage chest, however. Wish I had one in my camp.

i think the creatures you encounter if you went there at a higher lvl would be more powerful, although i dont think that the items and equipment you receive would change

I do think the items you get for finishing the quest are static, but the random drops of weapons, items, gold, will change. The boss items you get will be static, however. This isn't to say they aren't good items (oh, they are with the stat bonuses the items have)



Essentially, it will be inversly easier the better equipped you are and the skills you have. Going there at level 5 will be a vastly different experience than you have at level 13.



Sort of like the ogre in the tower almost destroying my party and now my rogue can easily kill them without worry (but those emissars, grr. Hate em!)

I did it first thing after lothering. I didn't have any problems with it. I had myself(rogue), alistair, dogmeat, and morrigan.

I went there with my Mage, Leiliana, Alistair and Sten. Was level 7 when I started, found the difficultly nicely balanced and because I was a lower level the loot was pretty good.
