[Isolated Pawn]

I was playing along enjoying my game, on my mage character.  I returned to the tower I began in, made it to the top, encountered a big stinky demon that sent me into the Fade.  That was all good and well, but I made it through like two screens before I got stuck.  I gained the ability to turn into a rat, and entered a room with what looked like a glowing scare crow that gave me +1 dex, but now I am stuck in that room.  It is a room with a ship in a pond, circular in nature, only seems to be the one glowing door I entered from, and an X on the spot where the scare crow was saying hidden something.  I can't seem to leave it, not sure why, unless I'm just not doin it right, I'm pretty sure I tried leaving in rat form, and human form.  When I looked at it in the faq, it said something about gaining spirit form before going int here, so I'm not sure what that is, since I didn't get that far.  Did I some how just enter the room before I was suppose to, and now don't have the form to leave?  or am I just trying to leave wrong. . I  don't get it

The only way to enter that area is via the Spirit form, through the second spirit door in the Raw Fade area, I believe. If you somehow got in there without the Spirit form, then the only way I can think of for you to get out is to revert to a previous save.
