I got a shale card but there was no code on it. how would i go about getting a new one. the blood dragon code works fine tho.
Did not get Shale code with game.

Scan or Photograph the card and send the image to EA Support explaining the problem. I had a similar problem when I had a game with no CD key. Sending the image helped, but I was dealing with Sony then not EA so I don't know if they will help you out.

Go back to your place of purchase and ask them OR email Bioware/EA from he support and provide proof of purchase perhaps?
