I recently exchanged my Awakenings disk at Gamestop because I was having that error message. It says I should download it again, but its a disk, but I did install the first disk into my hard drive. Unfortunately I am still having this issue with the new Awakenings disk. I have tired other games and I'm not having the same issue. I'm also dealing with corrupted/damaged save file for my awakenings character that was imported from origins.  Has anyone else gotten the 'game won't start' error message.
