noticed in the expansion that my rogue's stuns are usually resisted and last
about a second when they do hit. Am I right in assuming the nerfed rogue stuns
as well or do all high teens npcs have high physical resistances in the
twenties? I'm also going off cunning as the stat that affects it's success.
