Hey sorry to bug everyone with a semi-lame question, this is my first large computer game i am going to buy and i just wanted to make sure it will run well.
i have an asus laptop with the following specs:
NVIDIA GeForce 9800M GS
4GB of RAM
Core2Duo @ 2.13 GHz
And now im not bragging or ranting or any of the stuff. just an honest question looking for an honest answer.

Your graphics card can definitely tackle it, you've got a a lot of RAM, which will be helpful, but your CPU is actually lagging a bit behind on the rest of your equipment...
Still, for DAO, this can run it probably on higher settings. Just expect occasional slow-downs while the CPU handles calculations, otherwise run smoothly.

That laptop will assuredly run the game at medium to high settings.
