I have a pre-paid credit and i want to pay the $7 to DOWNLOAD Wardens keep it,  but I can find no such place where it brings up my credit card info.

So does anyone know where I can go to purchase Wardens keep?

In the game select the downloadable content option. There you will find a buy points button. It will launch your browser to the page where you can buy the pounts you need to use from within the game to purchase Wardens Keep. After purchasing it, you may need to restart the game for the download to start.
