Is it a sequel, expansion,
spin-off...? --- I'm
guessing its a sequel though, because its been announced as a standalone
game and its getting a mobile version. I doubt you'd see a mobile
version of just an ex-pack.
My guess is it's a sequal.

Who is going to be the PC?
------ This is the big one as far as me keeping interested in it. If its
the Warden, fantastic, instant buy. If its not the Warden, then my
interest will drop off greatly. Doesn't mean it can't be a great game,
but much of my own buy-in factor will be gone.
Right now our chances are 50/50 of it being the Warden. Even if it isn't I'd be interested as long as the story is good.
I already said that my main interest is in seeing Morrigan again, so as long as that happens I'll be willing to buy the game. Having both my Orgins Warden and Morrigan in DA2 would be a dream come true though and would make the game a "must buy" for me.

Can we import from DAO?------Ideally
we'd be able to import our Warden, but even if its not the Warden, I'd
be curious if there would be any way to import our choices from Origins.
Or at the very least, I'd like to know if the story would allow for
choices from Origins to be relevent or if they're just going with some
canon route. I'd be curious if we can import our character if we get
reset at level 1 again too.
There are two ways the import option could work:
1) ME2 style - we import our character and his choices, but not stats or gear
2) story import - we import our choices from DA:O and this influences how ceirtain characters respond during the game (Morrigan and whoever else we run into from Origins)

Are companions returning and are
romances returning?---- I guess if the Warden wasn't returning
I wouldn't care as much if the old Origins companions showed up, but
I would like to know if they're going to have romances in the game,
considering they didn't have them in Awakening.
Romances will only return if the Warden can be imported, otherwise the best we can get is meeting the old love interests and have them talk about their affair with the Warden.
As for companions, I wouldn't rule out that some of them might return provided that DA2 isn't set too far in the future.

How is the dialogue system going to
work?-----If its too much like Awakening and object driven= bleh.
I hope its more like Origins, but I'm doubtful. In any event I'll be
curious to see what its like, as one of the big reasons I didn't care
for Awakening was the dialogue system.
From what David Gaider has said so far we're likely to see a mix between dialogue styles from Origins and Awakening. Keep in mind though, this may well change by the time DA2 is ready to be released.

Be on the look out for radical changes----
I wouldn't be surprised if BioWare makes radical changes to DA that
none of us see coming. They might be good, they might be rotten, but
given how radically they overhauled ME2's combat and RPG elelments along
with how they totally overhauled Origins' dialogue system in Awakening,
its something I'll be cautious about. Changes don't have to be a bad
thing no doubt but I'll be curious how any changes they do make are
communicated to the community. That was one of the things I wasn't too
keen on with Awakening; was that they completely overhauled the dialogue
system from Origins, whcih I thought worked well, but no where prior to
launch did we learn that all companion dialogue was object driven or
companion initiated.
While changes are likely to happen I wouldn't expect them to be radical. I think it'll mostly come down to improving things from Origins and Awakening based on player feedback. I would expect the skill trees to be reworked with some abilities being replaced with new ones or changed to make them more balanced.
Dialogue seems to be a hot potato atm, but as much as I liked the dialogue in Origins there is always room for improvement. As long as they don't reduce the amount of dialogue and retain the depth of character interaction from Origins I'll be happy. Bioware has been changing dialogue in almost every game they've released to date, so I'm pretty used to seeing changes in that particular field.
