Artrage is really user friendly but it doesn't do a lot of **** that photoshop and even Gimp does. For my comic I have to draw/ink the panels in Artrage and then edit them elsewhere for the texts and if I want to fix certain things and 'shop some stuff.

I will say though that you need a basic understanding of how watercolour, ink, pencil. charcoal and oils react with each other and don't even think about using it without a pressure sensitive wacom. It was designed to recreate actual paint/pencils/etc, which you can get of course with other programs like Corel Painter and Illustrator, but Artrage is far, far more idiot proof. I'm a crayon eater and am a slow learner regarding computer based resourses, so it's perfect for me.

More analysis. (Excuse the handwriting lol.)

Right-click and choose view image for higher res or go here for a higher resolution. http://tinypic.com/m/b4tj00/1

YES! I love scribbling analysis on a blurry picture! We're like detectives! :o

Of course thats probably not even Morrigan, but assuming for the moment it is- I agree with your hypothesis there Ximena. The spiky thing is likely just the background and it does look like she is pulling back her hood to get a clear view of the Moon with the symbol on it. The hand however- it just looks odd if its a hand, but its likely just the crummy video quality possibly blurring the hand and something else together.

I don't think thats Flemeth though- Flemeth for DA2 has her look and that person in the red hood isn't her, I don't think. In any event, I think that whole thing is the intro to DA2 at least, just recapping the events of Origins.

And I really love the 2D art as it brings me back to BG- However, the characters look a bit too primitive, but I'll maybe post more on this later with some thoughts and pictures...

Is it wrong that I think Morrigan would look even more awsome with a white streak in her hair?

Any time you've got black hair with a white streak in it, I either think of a skunk or the bride of frankenstein. I'll take Morrigan with regular dark black hair, thank you very much:wizard:

White hair wouldn't go with yellow eyes as well as black hair does I think. Plus black hair amplifies Morrigan's exotic dark quality and charm. Mind you, I hate any modification of any kind when it comes to Morrigan. Hence why I reject anything new to the original.

If she's significantly older, maybe.

What the hell is wrong with you clowns? Didn't you listen to Morrigan at all? She said it'd be a one-off thing, from the first time ya bedded her. Now you're feeling all heart-broken b/c she didn't send flowers?

You're Wardens, men! Didn't you read the pamphlet 'This is YOUR life as a Warden'? Page 3, paragraph 9: 'You're gonna die in 30 years or so -- live fast, die young, make a good lookin' corpse'. Heck, even Granny Wynn read the damn thing... that's why she was always tellin' you what to do!

Love 'em and leave 'em. It's what adventurers and heroes do... just as Beowulf, Hercules, Shane, Josey Wales, whoever! It's part of the contract!

Now, dry your little eyes, hitch up your swordbelts, and go out and kill something (remember, alcohol and homicide always works for Oghren... maybe the surly lil' runt is onto something?!?).

Oh, and don't forget to seduce the ladies. Even Zevran the bisexual assassin knew that one.

Jeez, you'd think you were all white picket fence nancy-boys or something!

Well that's a really neat program, and you do some beautiful work in it! I was asking not so much for me (because I can't watercolor/paint/pencil anything, I just do mediocre writing and programming). I was asking for a friend who does watercolors and oils and I'd wondered if she'd played with whatever program you were using, 'cause it looked really cool. Posted Image

He's right. How dare you guys like a character! All you guys are sissies for not playing one note characters who are stereotypical misogynists! Don't explore different ways of playing heroes; you have to use the same character archetype over and over, because that one is the best.

Geez, what did you guys learn in Warden school?

I slept during Duncan's detailed lecture on how one ought to be a warden. Should I go to the naughty corner?

Me thinks I smell a bro above my lords and ladies.

Foreasmuch as I enjoy the education of those less in the knowing of charahcters or stories, methinks this task exceeds my patience and manners to assume this burden.

In other words its an rpg bud, get over it and accept that in a BIOWARE game growing attached to the charachters is part of it. Now go back and play God of War.

Do not worry overmuch fair Kryyptehk!
For, I as well delve deep into Broland while not expanding my repitoire of RPG expertiese.
Forasmuch as gamers doth enjoy deep games, we doth also as a subset enjoy roasting Aliens aplenty.
As well as the great repository of youtube hosts learning beyond our imagination it also holds humor that tickles the soul of any weary traveler of the highway of net:

God my tounge is now a pretzel.

you're tongue's a pretzel, eh? *waggles eyebrows suggestively*

Anyone remember off the top of their heads what Morrigan's mirror was like, the one she stole as a child? All I can remember is gold.

"encrusted with jewels, the likes of which I had never seen". That's what I remember.

I've started to wonder, have Morrigan ever been off and tried to leave Flemeth before your arrival? She stated that men have told her that they loved her before IIRC which indicates that she tried a "normal" life at some point.

You've probably been through this, but I honestly don't feel like going through 250 pages searching for it.

I don't think she necessarily ran away from the forest, simply because she says that the Wilds have always called to her. I can't see Morrigan living in some house in a town or city. I imagine she saw guys in Lothering or other places and saw them enough to form a sort of relationship with them. Hence the "guys telling her they loved her" thing.

I just thought she would leave the hut periodically to explore the world. I'm guessing Flemeth allowed her that luxury when she was old enough as long as she was home in time for supper. Posted Image

I was under the impression that Morrigan did leave the hut for several days several times, though the farthest she ever came to was Lothering. She would eventually lose interest. And yes I've always wondered who were the men she laid with and how she met them *is totally not planign to murder them*...
