QFT. Its especially the new environments thats bugging me. While each Me 2 dlc creates environments that feel new and genuine, the DA 2 takes you to the exact same places you've seen before, jusut with a different meaning this time. They did not even to bother and try to hidy their copy - paste.

Yeah, I don't mind the reused levels when it makes sense. Like going back to Flemeth's hut- you use FLemeth's hut over again. But if the epilogues were anything to go by, this should be taking place in Orlais or the Frostbacks. They better explain why she came back to Ferelden after heading to Orlais...

As for Shadow Broker- I just can't get excited over ME that much. I don't think its a coincidence that BG2 and DAO are 2 of the games I've been most emotionally engaged in, due to the silent PC. Just watching the trailer for Shadow Broker made me cringe at Meer's delivery- the ME teams seems to know what the fans want but damn the writing and VO seemed stilted there.

I've calmed down a bit now, I think- all I know is that next Tuesday is going to be anxiety filled. That download for Witch Hunt is going to be the longest download EVAR!

And I think I may pause my second COusland Warden's progress and try to speed run through with a Dalish rogue. Do you think the Dalish origin will get any special treatment in this DLC?

I'll post my breakdown of the Witch Hunt trailer in a bit...

Fallout 3 and NWN2 had to be retconned for taking that kind of option.

In the Memory, Sorrow & Thorn books the author was tempted on bad days, but decided against doing that to the readers.

A Diabolus ex Machina just doesn´t work with Dragon Age. The game is by far not dark enough for it to be other than jarring.

I am still working on the line though. Does anyone recall what exactly Morrigan says to how when she tells you she is not worth your time? And what exactly the Wardens answers when he tells her he IS worth his time? I wanna get it right first time now. If we manage to find out, i'll finish the lines and would tell what and how to say?

What do you think?

edit: if Brock is reading his, he should know the lines or find them in a few seconds...

I have no idea why they make Meer voice MShep like that, it's like they bring him in and say "Now look Mark we don't want you to act at all in fact just say everything as bland and as lifelessly as possible". He did Tug in Leliana's Song and was great so It has to be the ME team telling him to be that flat, maybe they worry about him sounding too Canadian? I know people complain that Shianni in Dragon Age sounds too Canadian for sensitive American ears, honestly I think they should just have gone all out and had Meer voice Shepard with a heavy Newfie accent. It would be the greatest game in the history of the world, the renegade lines would be worth the price of admission alone.

I can hear it in my head right now, it's Glorious . . .

I should be able to do this, you want both their faces in there right? I don't know the lines you're referring to but I'll work on the rest of the sig till you figure it out :happy:.

You should see at least part of him and her, and it should be clear what they're doing there and he is gently holding her face.

took me ages and some reload to get this shot done the way i wanted. But anyone with access to the toolset help me figure a certain line of dialogue between her and the Warden?

Not too get too sidetracked but I will just say it's his inflection that always throws people off, if you choose a Paragon response or a Renegade response his inflection is 90% of the time exactly the same for both. I have the suspicion they're trying to force him to talk in an Omaha accent and it's just murdering the vocal inflection of the lines which makes them sound way worse than they are. It's possible that not being a native speaker it would be harder to pick up on what the proper inflection should be, or even the accent he's trying to speak in and the one he actually has.

There's also:  "You miserable selfish bastard, you will regret this... and so will I"... When you refuse to break up with her when she almost begs you for it hehe!

Probably. While I recognize voiced emotions, I´m really bad at picking different accents, even in my own language if it isn´t very different.

eww, i would have deleted that Warden and made an new one. Kneeling in front of that bi**h, even if just accidently... That one is tainted beyond Darkspawn blood, and there is no hope of Salvation. Never . Yeah, as you can see, i truly like Anora
