Awakening - finished that pt yesterday for this DLC.
Male Mage who romanced Morrigan, did the DR, saved Loghain, chose title and riches.....saved Amaranthine (Keep held according to epilogue), still wearing Morrigan's ring btw., worked with the Architect.
I think that sums it up....

I imported my GoA save, which had the "Looking for Morrigan" ending in Awakening, and the "Ring" ending in Origins.

Aphetto, I didn't read above.  Did you use the Resoration patch?  You can't get both of those endings without the restoration patch iirc..

so far, the important question seems to be

did you see the sorrow and regret epilogue in Origins or not? I remember you do not use the mod? So far, everyone who had the bug either used the mod or had that epilogue, both leading to the same outcome. One specific flag is set active

No restoration patch.  I gave Morrigan the Golden Mirror after killing the Archdemon.

I got the ending I wanted but I'm pretty annoyed that it didn't recognize the ritual.

I have the same problem as some of you do. She treated me as if I hadn't done the dark ritual. But I did it, I checked my character's story. She refused to give me answers...

Ah. Forgot about the mirror.  That may be it.  Just speculating here.

I do not see why a "love" flag would interfere with the DR flag.

That was my first Origins character immideatly after release - I just pushed him through Awakening recently.....I can't remember my epilogue from Origins. I was wearing Morrigan's ring the whole time, though. I think that triggers that part of the epilogue.

and I haven't used any mods so far.

Completed it in 1H:45 Minutes (took my time to not miss anything)

Basicly a tease for dragon age 2.

i did the Ritual and all .. used a Origins import(Not awakening)

Just finished it. About hour and half. Not bad, and learnt some interesting facts of elven history. Strider was really dissapointing as end boss. No problems in the encounter with Morrigan (using restoration patch), but they could have phrased the "betrayal" question in another way. Her answer was my idea of the whole thing.



Anyone could ask her about the book? Hope we see the Arianne and Finn in the future, liked their chemistry. Had a good laugh at the explantion of where Dog was in Awakening and GoA. Lucky guy.



Can´t help thinking this was part of an expansion that got screwed by DA2, however.



Now to wait for LotSB. I thought testing files was made by default.

But now we can ponder for the next year or so as to what Morrigan's doing on the other side of the mirror

I guess the Warden further implication also depends of your choice here. Or have a 30 year time jump before final game and avoid it. I´d like to deal with Flemeth as the GW rather than Hawke, though. Having both could be fun too. BW missed that opportunity with Kotor by going TOR, don´t do it now again.

The combat was pretty easy on nightmare, but I imported a post-Awakening Warden into it so it may feel better balanced with vanilla talents.



As far as the story, the side characters were alright, not quite as memorable as Tug and Sketch, but they served their purpose. I was a bit disappointed in that Morrigan's appearance is so short and honestly leaves more questions than answers. I'm a lot more curious about Flemeth now, and WH gives plenty of DA2 plugs so it'll be interesting to see how things tie together.



Also I had no bugs, the DR was recognized and my Warden's story is pretty much done. So I guess all in all I'm happy with it.

What were your Morrigan related epilogues in Origins and Awakening?  Do you use Terra's mod?
