For the future importations, that is indeed interesting. I remember in an interview with Fernando Melo from Bw he said that there will be no autosave after Awakening and we will understand once the newest piece of dlc is announcement/has arrived. What to make out of that, i have no clue.
Interesting... do you happen to have a link for that? I'd like to see what I can make of it myself.

that was a while ago, earlier this year. I can check if i can find that again, but i wouldn't put too much hope into that.
But even if i just can't find it or you don't believe me, for what it's worth, BW has promised 2 years of dlc for Origins, and this has just been 4 months, so something more will happen within the next 18 months. Or let's say 11 months, as in Februar we will see a new DAO stand-alone game. The only question is, how will tha new content play out. Origins? Awakening? MAybe something completely different? The romance pack that is rumored to in serious consideration for both ME 2 as DAO? I do not know

Edit more: just checked the epilogue once again (of course no one mentioning a dark haired witch, my Warden just disappeared).
The epilogue ends with that "this was not the last we heard of our hero without any doubt". Something like that. I for once will just believe this is more than just pure fantasy endgame talk and believe this to be truth, so we hear more of the Warden.
If not, anyone willing to join an Exalted March to Edmonton?
But i still want that epilogue bug fixed, knowing there is more i just can't see cause it's bugged is mor annoying than i can describe

Thanks. That was... vague. But vaguely hopeful too, I guess. Though that particular interview was from a month before Origins came out, so the "series of games" he was talking about might turn out to be just Origins and Awakening.

In my epilogue it basically said my warden wasnt the commander of the grey for long, and soon went to Orlais to search for a dark-haired sorcerres that he was with during the Blight.

Imported from a HN. Romanced Morrigan; when she freaked out about her feelings, the PC ended things with her... her Approval was still pretty high (Like), and then I gave her the Mirror found in Orzammar, and she was Back in Love with the PC.She still wouldn't sleep with him but would make out lol.
Did the ritual... Spoke to her at Gates in the Finale, Thanked her for all she had done (she responds warmly 'there is so much more I might have done were we different people and where this another time...')
The end, got the line that I felt her Saddness and regret.
My First play-through, I never 'broke up' with her, and Never got the Feelings of Sadness and Regret at the end.
Not sure if this is the way, or a detour around a bug. Hope this helps.

However, I romanced Morrigan and still talked to her at the gates to the Final Battle... and her approval did *NOT* change...
I am playing on a PS3 and was rather suprised. I also got the "ring" epilogue.
If I do not get the proper Awakening Epilogue then it will be the final nail in the coffin of this sublimely failed piece of software...
EDIT: spelling...

You're redoing a character just for that slide? Don't bother. It's not your fault if Awakening didn't recognized it. The slide was supposed to be there for everyone that romanced her, but it's not because the ring epilogue messes up the approval.SDNcN wrote...
You know what is really eally sad?
I'm redoing my entire mage character specificly so I can get this epilogue instead of the generic one.
I don't really care to be honest but I sympathise with anyone that wanted a mention. People who romanced Morrigan got a pretty bad ending indeed . Now Bioware decides to throw a bone to Morrigan fans but they didn't calculate the approval shft at the end(which happened to the majority of players as I can tell).
Dissapointing, but it's not worth getting upset enough to redo a DAO playthrough. You did nothing wrong.
You're talking to people like me.
The ones that played ME2 full paragon... realized without an import it defaults you to full on pro-human renegade for ME1 choices. Went out and bought ME again... played through ME full paragon... ported that save file to ME2 and played through AGAIN full paragon just so I had a save file ready for ME3 that was full paragon
People will do it, but (at the same time) bugs need to be patched.
False. The no-import ME2 assumes that only neutral choices have been made. Don't make things up.

One other trick that seems to work (i can't guarantee that though) is to keep her mirrow and give it to her after you talked to her in Denerim for the second time, that is rumored to bring her back to love and you can have both, both the Origins epilogue asn well as the Awakening epilogue). But as i said, didn't tried that, so it can be wrong.
But i don't want to replay all of that just cause the game is bugged for the vain hope to keep her romance intact for a future game with a reunion. It would be cool if someone would just to respond to this and would tell us what's up, especially as this bug is known for quite a while and simply no one seems to care

Well, I think it's pretty obvious by now that nobody really cares about addressing this issue. A shame, really.
No idea, maybe they read and check it now, looking through the coding might take some time. It's weekend now, so we have to wait until next week what happens. Would of course just be cool if someone really notices and checks to drop a note like "we noticed, we will check and we report back when we have the results"

You're right; I guess I did jump the gun a little. If there's still no word in maybe a week or so, then I'll be disappointed.
Then we need to think of better ways to get some attention
But seriously, don't want to celebrate the lucky day we get a reunion just to realize that cause of a bug there is no love reunion cause the game treats us as friends

Who should we be ''annoying'' then.
Not trying to be annoying btw, just loving Morrigan.
