(If the Warden dumped Morrigan for Leliana)
Morrigan: So he has chosen you. You think this is a triumph? Look at him... look at him and know that you will never truly have him.
Leliana: Jealousy, Morrigan. Tsk, tsk... it is not becoming--
Morrigan: You mock me, but when he is in your arms, in your bed, telling you he loves you, know that there will be moments when he is thinking of me.
Leliana: Andraste forgive me, but you, Morrigan, are a ****. A cruel, cruel ****, and you will get your comeuppance.
Morrigan: Perhaps. But even so, you know in you heart that I am right.

It restores lots of missing Morrigan dialogue, scenes and banter to the game.

I *Think* you need TerraEx's Morrigan Restoration Pack installed to access that dialogue. It can be downloaded here: http://dragonage.nex...s.com/mods/1120

Yes, I'm pretty sure you're right. For whatever reason there was a decent amount of Morrigan banter and dialogue that was cut or never fires in the orginal game. Terra_Ex's mod restores that.

Just about to finish off a playthrough on xbox with morrigan romanced and I was wondering if anyone knew if the continuity bug in witch hunt had been fixed? And if not if there is anything I can do to prevent it or even check if it is there?
As long as you have WH wich patches to latest DA you should get your romance recognized. i didn;t have any issues myself on the PC version.

The fact that BioWare chose that is... concerning.

Noooooo! Any Morrigan or Hawke under my control in a future installement will never be a couple!
Hawke. So lame compared to my Warden!
Hope I am reading too much into that image...

Yeah, I saw that. And Gaider tweeted about it too:
The BioBlog has a lovely fan art picture of Morrigan with... Hawke? Yeah, THAT won't cause any speculation. HA HA Hahaha
My reaction when I first saw it a while ago and today:

Meh...I don't take much by Gaider's tweet, but that pairing is about as stupid as you can get. Almost as stupid as Alistair and Morrigan. Not a huge fan of that drawing anyway, since face wise it doesn't look too much like Morrigan but just a generically attractive person.

Didn't stop me from writing a whole mini fanfic in my head, though.
Morrigan: "Why, Champion, is that a lyrium idol in your pocket... or are you, perhaps, just happy to see me?"
Hawke: "'Little bit a' both, baby."
Morrigan: "Mmm, little is hardly the word I would have chosen. I don't think I have ever seen an idol quite so... big..."
Hawke: *manly laugh* "True, true. But dontcha know, it ain't the size that matters, baby. It's how you use it."
Morrigan: "'Tis so? In that case, you should put it to use immediately. A lyrium idol is impressive enough in itself, surely. But what I would like to see is a man with a mighty lyrium sword..."
Hawke: "Yeah?"
Morrigan: "A man who could take that big, long sword and..."
Hawke: "Yeah? Yeah!?"
Morrigan: "Stab my mother to death with it."
Hawke: "Awwww yeah baby, that's what I-- bwuh?"
Morrigan: "Stab her all... night... long."

Alas, instead they kicked our Warden to the curb and shoved Hawke down our throats...at least they haven't ruined Morrigan.

I personally don't mind that there's a different protagonist in DA2, I mind that said protagonist is a pre-defined character that people tell me has more in common with Shepard in Mass Effect than the Warden in Dragon Age. One origin, one race, one background, one voice, a dialogue wheel, three responses to each conversation, three distinct personalities based on said responses; no freedom, no flexibility, no imagination, no role-play value.
About Hawke and Morrigan being together: I HOPE Bioware is just joking with that image, and I hope Gaider's just being... meh, but I would hate it if Morrigan actually ended up with Hawke. It would just be another good thing about Origins that DA2 swallowed up, chewed to a bloody pulp and spit out like tobacco.

oh man that was great DuskWarden and BouncyFrag but do you guys remember this commercial more Morrigan and this could be our Warden's voice for Dragon Age 3
I would be fine with that voice for my Warden...but then I'm sure there'll be plenty of people who's Wardens sounded nothing like that in their heads.

Wil Wheaton on the DR
Wow! I did the same thing he had to do except I with a duster dwarf of good character trying to do the best for his family and just couldn't go through the Dark Ritual. This was the first instance in a role playing game I actually "role played." I felt bad when he was anticipating the then upcoming DA2 and was planning a marathon play session. Hopefully he wasn't too dispointed.

To me, the DR wasn't much of a dilemma at all (romance + survivial + bloodline = easy call). The big dilemma for me was (and still is) deciding the Landsmeet.
Staying on the DR (AKA, the sole storyline from DAO left unfinished), that is something that's going to have to be addressed sooner or later. Officially speaking, it's the biggest decision the game offers, and it's one that's supposed to have the most meaning. It's one of those Chekov's guns that we'd like to see fire.
