Idea-
I was thinking maybe BW could bring back whoever you sacraficed on Virmir as a DLC. They somehow survived the blast (I watch a lot of 24) and would be pretty mangled and pretty "P'ed". A combonation of Cybernetics, flesh and a whole mess of anger. They could be plotting to take their revenge on you and your old ME1 team mates (Whoever was there, Garrus Joker Tali) or your new LI in ME2 (especially if the person you left on Virmir was your LI from ME1) or your entire new team in ME2. It would be more imersive if that person you sacraficed on Virmir was your intended LI that didn't quit make it and now found out that you have a new LI. He or She (Kaiden or Ash) could Kiddnap your current LI or old sqaud mates, hold them hostage, tourture them and it's race for time to get to the next check point in order to stop them. They try to make you do some crazy things along the way like out of Die Hard 3.
remember in CA it 12:45 so I'm pretty tired but I would love to hear your thoughts?

Yeah, I think that's a terrible idea.

Pretty sure it's not going to happen. Bioware had said that if they ever brought back the person you sacrificed, it would really cheapen the whole virmire experience, and I'd agree. That was a tough choice coupled with an emotional impact for some, and it would lose those values so quickly to bring that person back.

Yeah, I can totally see how that would work.....Kaidan/Ashley would suddenly step out of Shepard's shower and simply said that their demise was only a dream.
(Oh, right.)
Seriously, it's a silly idea. And that's putting it nice, really.

I actually think that is not such a very horrible idea. Considering that the geek Rana Thanoptis outran the nuclear blast, (and obviously the developers think it was an act of mercy to let Aresh try the same on Pragia), I guess its possible that a seasoned marine runs much faster if necessary...
lol anyway

Kaidan coming back to life is.. Plausible, I guess. But why would he hold a grudge over what happened. He volunteered for the mission and knew what he was getting into. The crew were his friends, and there's no reason for him to want revenge.

How a mere human could survive a nuclear explosion, furthermore he/she was at its core... That's pretty bad idea for a potential DLC, IMO.

Robo-**** Ash, here to save the day skipper!
I do not agree with your proposal. She needs to stay in the ground.

Not a good idea idea it ruins Vermire plus the fact the person who stayed behind understood why you had to leave them to they didn't blame you.

Plus they were leaning against the nuke when it went off. So unless the Lazarus project can work with atoms....

When I saw the first Teaser trailer for ME2 when it showed the Geth Wearing Shephards Armour at first I thought like most that it would be Shephard, after a while though ( I stayed away from forums and such, I didn't want the game to be spoiled) I thought maybe somehow the character that died at Viremire may have by accident or someone playing god transferred the mind or memories of Ash/Kaiden into a Dormant Geth and when they became aware started to search for Shephard..... Then I found out it was Legion...... (Sigh)

I'm not really sure if that would work very well ...
If I wanted to play a zombie game so badly, I could play the Left 4 Dead games, Resident Evil games, the Dr Ned DLC for Borderlands, or even Plants vs Zombies. Putting zombies in Mass Effect 2 ... well, we have Husks for that job.
On the other hand, the ghost of Virmire could offer you a quest to do ... well ... some random stuff. Maybe maintain connections with other Williams (if Ashley died), or do something cool for Biotic kids (if Kaiden died). Who knows! Perhaps we could find something awesome that Ashley or Kaiden always wanted to do but never did because you blew them up in Virmire.
