Yuri Lowenthal (was in ME2, played Mordin's assistant, among others)
Steve Blum (Played Grunt and a ton of other minor characters)
James Arnold Taylor (can't think of where he'd fit in, but he's my favorite VA of all time so it'd be cool)
Tara Strong
Liam O'Brien (in DA:O he played Niall)
Steve Staley
Spike Spencer
Beau Billingslea
Laura Bailey
Crispin Freeman
David Lodge
Johnny Yong Bosch
Michelle Ruff
Tara Platt
There are more, but I can't think of them all right now.

Hell yeah !
If one of my favorite actor who performed in my favorite movie will take part of my favorite game ... I think I'll wet my pants.
He was such a badass in Batman Begins.

Since so many people don't see the difference between "voice actors" and "celebrities doing voices," let me add my two cents. My preferences are:
Yuri Lowenthal (was in ME2, played Mordin's assistant, among others)

James Arnold Taylor (can't think of where he'd fit in, but he's my favorite VA of all time so it'd be cool)

Did you memorize the entire voice credits at the end of the manual?
And I want Steve Downes in ME3. Or Jen Taylor, hehe. Could be a rival AI to EDI!

Kiefer Sutherland makes everything betterKeeLoGee wrote...
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Kiefer Sutherland has a voice that could go well as an admiral or a battle-hardened merc (kinda like Zaeed).

Also I forgot. Most of the star trek next generation people have actually indeed been in a lot of the ME games. Liara's mother is from star trek and the krogan you head, but is warf also her husband in real life, so basically we need Patrick stuart up in this suckA!
Yes, Marina Sirtis (Councilor Troi) and Michael Dorn (Worf).
Marina Sirtis (Benezia) and Keith David (Anderson) happened to be Demona and Goliath, respectively, in Gargoyles.

Yes he was, but he's much more well known nowadays as a voice actor, mostly in anime and games.Jorran Khaar wrote...

Dear god no. Not that I don't like his acting, his voice is just way too recognizable and it'd completely break the immersion. Unless they edited it beyond recognition

Make him Korgan, Grunt sounds nothing like Steve Blum in real life, Oghern and Wilson are best examples of how he sounds. Make Jhonney Depp an alein or a Reaper.

It'd be much cheaper to get someone else do the job in which you can't recognize the voice anyway

Having big star voice acting just for the heck of it is not good business... I like the sprinkle and Sheen as TIM is great but put too many in and you get Mass Effect: Madagascar which would suck...
QFT.
There are some actors that should never VO.
There are some that are really good...but of course, it has to fit what they are doing.
Mike Meyers
Cameron Diaz (actually pretty good at VO)
Claudia Black (great VO - she's the matriarch bartender in ME2 too, if you didn't know)
Graham McTavish
