I don't understand your post. Loghain dead okay that I get. Alistair only makes a rubbish king if you don't harden him otherwise he does fine and who the heck is Marjory? there is no character by that name.

Loghain is the best character in the game why would you kill him? With that said, I simply cannot deal with Alister unless he's been hardened. He's borderline Carth.
