My main is a female Rogue... she's sexy, and a bit of a ****. She did the assassin elf to get the training herself, them dumped him, and went on to flirt with Allistrair. During the Landsmeet she proclaimed her boyfriend king and herself Queen... nice turn of event.

However before the march on Denerim she was offended by Morrigan's offer. I can understand that... having your boyfriend impregnate a biatch of a woman and have his baby become some sort of demon is a big negative to start a marriage.. no?

So couldn't we get the option to have Allistair do Morrigan, so we can both live when we slay the Archdemon, then kill Morrigan? No risks of a demon ever coming back to hunt us, and they could live happily ever after...?

There's also the fact that Morrigan no doubt disappeared right after the archdemon was killed, perhaps turning into an animal and vanishing into the shadows. She's not stupid. :)

She cant do that if I take that specialization away from her.  Thank the maker for mods on the PC.

Well, don't forget to also mod in the ability to actually kill her and remove the options to talk to her about shapeshifting, because merely removing the specialization doesn't remove the fact that Morrigan is a shapeshifter.

At any rate, good luck with that.

Thanks.

I see you succeeded. Congratulations. I trust that makes you feel better, now.

Mary Sues come in degrees of blatancy. And I was being sarcastic with the griffon thing.
The fact is when the author jumps in and blatantly tells everyone "hahahaha you'll never kill my character!" it doesn't matter whether it won't be killed either because it'll destroy everyone who tries, or will always escape, it's still overtly silly.

I think "it's a Mary Sue" has become shorthand for "I don't like that character" just like "it breaks my immersion" has become shorthand for "I don't like that feature".

But if it makes you feel better, I do think Morrigan is better than you. So there. Image IPB
