I found another topic, which was unanswered. I read the wiki, which only advertise letting  a certain dwarf chose the reward -- or asking for support.

...
What do you get from the option:
"I'll thank you for anything your skill can add to my cause"???

Obviously, it's nothing good -- seeing that noone in the WORLD has EVER written about that reward, ANYWHERE.
But... WHAT is it, and can/will/could/should/may it screw up the involved quest in some way?

I'll answer my own question, just to let google know the answer:

Caridin reward

"I'll thank you for anything your skill can add to my cause" yields a master lightning rune, plus the necessary quest-item.
