Will Kasumi be better than Zaeed since we're paying for her?

I am hoping Bioware is going to turn it around this time with Kasumi making her as intergrated as all the other characters. I want to be able to talk to her on the ship like any other character and I am definitely not the only one.
I mean, look at Shale. That is the dragon age equivalent of Zaeed and she is ten times better. You are able to talk to her fully. Why did they not do that with Zaeed?
What do you guys think? Do you think Kasumi should be a fully conversational character rather than someone who just tells war stories. Or in her case, her best thefts?

but Kasumi is asian chick so she is automatically more interesting to me lol
But I think it is confirmed that there will be no real dialogue with her - that sucks.
I would, of course, prefer a full dialogue and a proper missions.

I think that Zaeed was just a free taste of what to expect from future large DLC packages. We get a character, a mission, a weapon, a bonus ability, and a lot of additional dialogue. They deserve to gain at least some profit off of their bonus work.

Shale was one my favs in DA. I played with Zaeed but never liked him. THe lack of integration was the culprit. Shale was COMPLETELY integrated into the storyline and with characters.
I don't think I'll be paying for Kasumi myself, unless it is confirmed she has proper dialogue.

In missions, Zaeed talks just as much as any of the other characters so I don't feel that he's not integrated in the game. I'm assuming Kasumi will have the same sort of in-mission dialogue. In my opinion the only thing lacking for Zaeed is the dialogue wheel on the ship so after he tells you a story about nearly being strangled by a Hanar you are not given the opportunity to ask him whatever happened to that Hanar.
It also would have been interesting to have a real recruitment mission for Zaeed, rather than just meeting up with him in Omega. I understand TIM made an arrangement with him but it would have been more interesting to meet up with him while he's out capturing his bounty and run into a situation where you would provide assistance.

I like how everyone says the lack of a dialogue wheel ruined Zaeed for them yet Zaeed has more things to say than Garrus or Grunt.

Do I wish he had a dialogue wheel? Yes, just so that there could be more interaction. I would want the dialogue wheel to supplement the dialogue he already has, not to replace it.

Has anyone ever used Zaeed in the Archangel Mission on Omega? Seriously! He talks so much and the way he has a 'friendly' chat with Tarak pretty much surprised the hell out of me. I really did like Zaeed from that point onwards heh.
Yes, that is one of the best.
I did Mordin's recruitment using Zaeed and Grunt last night. Their banter was fantastic.
Zaeed: "Burning bodies in the street. Standard plague procedure."
Grunt: "Is anyone else hungry? No?"
Zaeed: "Is there any smell that doesn't make you hungry?"
Grunt: "I don't know."

Yes, and ever since he's been growing on me. Now I try to take Zaeed everywhere.

A lot of people can't overlook Zaeed's lack of a Dialogue wheel, and not too many people are going to figure out he has alot of on-quest dialogue, as well as having one way dialogue that happens to be as much as Grunt or Garrus, and almost as much as those two combined.

Oh and Zaaed will be way better because I see Kasumi as no better then fanservice for those people who are severely infected with yellow fever.

Seriously, we don't even have her stats, for all we know she could be a watered down Mordin/Miranda combination, we don't even have her weapon settup yet. She could be another sub/pistol combo, or an AR Sniper combo again.
This is speculation, people just want more breasts and character detail then someone who can actually help with their gun, or help settup their chain combos.

I admit to not liking Zaeed at first but after completing the game using him I think he's pretty damn badass.

Just one way it could be better without a dialogue wheel.

Ha ha seriously! That was the moment I realized Zaeed is more than just a badass combat NPC, and he had a real part in Mass Effect 2.

This thread has brightened my day, all you ever here is how everyone on these forums hates him. I thought i was the only one who enjoyed his on mission conversations and every mission had a new story as opposed to "calibrating" or "come back when its quiet"
Nah, all the pro-gamers love Zaeed. Only noobs thing he is bad because they can't get over the dialague wheel gimmick.

He didn't seem like the kind of guy who'd want to have a conversation with you, so it fit the character.
With Kasumi, though, it seems that she should at least have had a dialogue wheel.
She had more time to develop, plus she seems like she'd like a Shepard that wants to try and get away from Cerberus.
Oh well...
