Zaeed was designed as DLC while Shale was originally going to be part of the game, but got cut. When BioWare was given extra time to develop the game, they brought her back. Unlike Zaeed, Shale had lines recorded with the various other companions.

You already have one. Cloak to move around and flank enemy, then attack for over double damage.  There you go, you just have to do it manually.

Regarding that Gamestop video.

If someone figures out how to mod that outfit onto a femshep and it can be used in combat I'm gonna crush my xbox and make the switch.

I don't think I'm going to like that voice actor though - hope I'm wrong.

Has anyone tried taking Zaeed on Samara's recruit mission? I laugh at when Zaeed tells elnora to turn around and face the wall, but ya any mission that deals with mercs, Zaeed will have something to say bout them

I'm interested in Kasumi, I'm looking forward to the DLC. Can I just say that I'm really enjoying the fact that they keep offering DLC releases? I've gotten them all so far, and I say keep them coming. As long as they keep offering them I'll keep getting them, free or paid.

I'm looking forward to her as well, but I have this feeling that on higher difficulties, she's gonna get knocked out as soon as she tries to use her predator ability.

Oh? We get double damage when flanking? Or you mean we get close with our sniper rifles to get point blank damage?

Sniper rifles don't get point blank modifiers.

Infiltrators don't get a 200% damage boost when cloaked. Best you can get is 75% and sniper rifles still don't have point blank damage modifiers! Which defies physics and logic!

Infiltrators got nerfed hard core.

Zaeed actually has a lot to say on the ship... you can click on him and he says various things... you just have to fly somehwere, land and undock again.. then you can talk to him again.

The difference is you can't choose what to say.. Zaeed will just tell you about his past... but there's quite a lot of it... you just have to keep docking/undocking to access it all. But he really is quite interesting... just listen to his stories about his past, use the items in his room and he'll tell you even more stuff...

Also, the more things you do in game (loyalty missions, storyline missions etc) the more he'll have to say... so after you've done a loyalty mission or story mission, go talk to Zaeed - he usually has some insight on it.

I was quite pleased actually with the amount of things Zaeed had to say just aboard the ship. And if you bring him on missions, he constantly gives comments and insight (and some of the more interesting / amusing comments too during a mission).

That's why I backstab with a carnifex.
