Executing the female soldier pisses off the rest of the soliders. That much I know.
If the riot is peasants complaining about food the Persuade option won't work at all. You either have to kill the peasants, disperse them gently, or give them food (though if you give into them and give them food they'll riot again in an epilogue slide).

Intimidate works fine. The key to those lowly peasants' fear is their family. Simply threatenning to kill them won't work. You have to say that their family will suffer.Sabariel wrote...
