No, someone looked at the files and found paragon dialog but it won't load inh the game. Either wait for a patch or don't worry about it.

Oh I don't mind, he's made me laugh since ME 1, it's just weird they didn't include that in the most recent patch.

No doubt he's crazy.  I just wish they'd fix the bug, since his paragon conversations seem more consistent with his character overall.  Plus, you know, that's what I actually chose and it'd be nice if the game would reflect that.

I know it is a bug, I just have always looked at it as Conrad was talking **** and trying to make himself look big and bad.
