They are tech support, what do you expect?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Just finished it on Insanity, pretty awesome stuff. Little to none story, but more than enough fun gameplay to keep me busy for atleast an hour. Those geth are ****es on Insanity, though.

Also, who the hell is Helen?

Glad to see that I'm not the only person to have the problem.

The thing asks me to buy new outfits. I cannot see firewalker in my "registered game promotions".

Also... it's a bit weird but i cannot register my game here. I can connect to Cerberus Network in-game, yes. But here it's also like i'm not having it. It proposes to buy it or redeem code. When I do the latter it says it's already registered (C.O. damn it! yes it was me who registered it). All previous Cerberus DLC's downloaded just fine, even promo items. But I would like everything to work as it SHOULD work and not "cherez zhopu" as they say in Russia.

I know how to fix that. Click "Whats new" on Bioware Social, then Cerberus.

STOP WHINING

I AGREE. It'll be out when it is out. Also, stop going on at Bioware. You people who moan constantly will probably make them ignore you.

I'm on a 360. Bioware ignore me anyway, might as well earn it.

See, it's stuff like that that pretty much negates whatever point you were trying to make. What makes you think calling people names or such disgusting terms like that is in any way helpful? You are acting like a jerk. Please stop.

You are trying to defend the person who won't take the time/can not type properly with propper sentence structure, from those who have correct points.  You sir, are a Blight, but on a serious matter, you are acting like a jerk without making the appearence as such.  Please stop.

I don't have any problems forming correct sentences and presenting points in a comprehensible manner. The fact that you disagree with me appears to cause what I type to short circuit your brain and give you the impression that I'm somehow mangling sentence structure and not succinctly conveying my opinions.

Several other people haven't had any issue understanding what I am saying. Whether they agree or disagree, so to make yet another assumptive statement such as "person who won't take the time/cannot type properly with proper sentence structure" is just flat out trolling and you know it.

Fact of the matter is, we got two months of hype for 20 minutes of content and 3 new modelbases for 3 characters, one of which is free, thankfully, if they'd charged us for 20 minutes of content I'd be even angrier with the situation. The other costs a few dollars, which, I guess is fine I'd expect to be paid a few dollars at least, for the model and texture work done myself.

Just saying none of this, as DLC expansion goes, does anything to enrich the game, its meaningless frippery. At least Return to Ostagar had meaning, it tied into the DA plot. The recovery of the body of Cailan was an emotional experience. Zipping around in a tank and blowing things up for no reason whatsoever is simply yet more evidence that Mass Effect is being dumbed down, if NG+ wasn't enough of an indication of that already.

and finding a prothean relic doesnt tie in with the mass effect story at all

I have nothing against Bioware. But feedback matters. How is saying "Thank you for 20 minutes in a meaningless DLC that any Modder could do better." going to help? One need not be rude to Bioware to get the point across. =]

Exactly what I meant, those who go BIOWARE SUCKS will not get anywhere. People who tell them nicely will.

My internals fried last night for video, so I can't go on and visually see whats wrong.  From what this forum and the next over at GF is talking about, something's up with the DLC, and possibly Live is messed up.  xbox.com is offline right now, so I can't even get in and ask to see if other things are messed up right now.

This is from live chat suport tech guy:
"Image IPB Brian: I would like to inform you that
creberus network comes only with the game and that has no item like
firewalker and anything like that.
Image IPB Brian: Ok
Image IPB Brian: Nothing is free like firewalker
and you are talking about the free points then there is no free points
which you get after reedeming the cerberus network code."

He also said this:
"Image IPB Brian: Cerberus network just to play
your game online."

Come on EA, I know the economy is rough, but hiring idiots for less won't help.

Gotcha. I love Bioware's work. Nobody beats them in the RPG sector IMO. (Even though I worship Bethseda for delivering their games with toolsets and thus enabling the great TES Modding world. Playing TES without Mods? No way!) I was just hoping for more. And when I think that they could have spent those two months focused on ME3 exclusively.... *Sighs*
