There's a problem with Xbox Live. Microsoft put a message up about it under "Network Connections" under the settings menu on the Xbox itself.

where are you guys seeing it for the PC.. when i click the new content available menu option in game, all i see is the outfit pack.. if i go to the social page and click the official DLC link for ME2, all i see is the Cerberus Network download.
