About the countdown on the homepage...



There was an announcement that at a gaming convention at the end of March, there would be an announcement of upcoming DLC. (We already know of Kasumi and the rest is out today, so it's probably something new.) I'm guessing that's what it might be.

Is it just the PC folk having trouble?



Because I downloaded it for 360 a couple of hours ago, and just finished it.



It was fun, there is a LITTLE tie into the main story (but not much), lack of speech stands out, and I think the Hammerhead needs a health bar. There is a 10% Biotic Damage research boost though, so that's cool, and I guess for Biotic players is like the soldier getting an extra gun download.



I also had another system show up in the Krogan DMZ cluster, but with no missions or anything. I never saw it before, so I'm pretty sure it was with this download. Or possibly the update from XBL that came through earlier. Whatever, I'm sure Planet Scanners will love it.



Also, why does it seem like the Hammerhead can fly in cutscenes (boarding the Normandy) but when I'm controlling it, I'm not flying, I'm just falling with style?

really, Mr. Priestly? Because right now, when I click on the 'New Content Available' link in ME2, I go right to a page that wants me to spend money to get new clothes. I do not see any way to find the firewalker pack.

Because you're doing it wrong.
Log in with the account you have ME2 registered to, Profile (in the sidebar) and then "Your registered game Promotions".

I have the same problem, won't let me buy it. Even with bioware points on my account.
