And 560 points for Kasumi? Dammit. I don't have a card that Microsoft accepts online, so I have to buy a prepaid points card for 2100 MS points for £17.99. Just for the extra 160 points I need, which just so happens to be what I wasted on the costumes. Typical. I'm an idiot.

That costume pack you guys are talking about, honestly, I find it kind of waste of eh msp. Well, I guess not everyone think the same. I would love to have a custome for my Tali though, I would pay 1000MSP if it looks sexy.

You don't need to buy it if you don't want to. Before you were send to your bioware accout, not to the bioware shop. You may pass and go to your accout directly, so you can download the Firewalker pack for free.

They have posted the solution for the firewalker "problem", but the problem here is that you still can not purchase the alternate apperance pack (PC)

Firewalker link is working properly now. Downloaded it in 45 sec. Installed and everyhing is OK.

Neither Firewalker or Alternate Appearance will download to my Xbox 360 even though its connected to Xbox Live and is working fine etc. Im in UK and im fed up of waiting now. Why is this? Everyone else seems to be downloading it fine

Im in the US and Im still having this issue. I thought it was resolved until I tried to dl it form cerberus

You probably know this already, but just to check - the costumes are (or at least, were) available through the normal XBL marketplace. The Firewalker, you may need to quit to the dashboard and load up your game again to get it to show up in the Cerberus Network.

Apologies if you know all this and are having more complicated problems.

Still get the same 'Can't get info from XBL' error message when I try to download - about 5 minutes ago. East Coast USA.

Edit - I've only been trying it through Cerberus Network with game loaded. Mybe I'll give XBL Marketplace a try. Wasn't planning on getting the alt appearance pack though. Just Firewalker.

A bunch of us downloaded it perfectly fine a few hours ago, but I'm not sure if anybody's is working since it reappeared after it's random vanishing act.
