If you actually want to collect the research or mine resources, you have to hold down the V key, not hold down the right mouse button.
If you want to jump, you have to press the E key, not press the Left Shift key.
Right mouse button actually changes the camera position (Near-Far)

can somebody tell me where a could download DLC firewalker?
If on XBox log into the Cerberus Network in game and the content should then be available for download by clicking 'New Content Available'
If on PC on Bioware Social Network point your mouse at 'Profile' (top left) and then click 'Your registered game promotions' and it should be listed for download there.

Is there some kind of problem? When I look on the website the only DLC I see is the alternate clothing pack. When I start the game on the PC and click "New Content Available" it takes me to a different page, but that also only has the clothing/armor pack. Where's my Hammerhead?
I've got the same problem, any help?^^

Controls on the PC are messed up compared to the instructions given, very nice.
That applies to all control tips in the PC version. It's a crappy port
Just finished the Firewalker, took about 50 minutes. Not bad length-wise, could've been more entertaining though. And challenging. I mean, there was absolutely nothing in the missions that were challenging enough to warrant a second playthrough, EVER. Pretty pointless, I wonder how Bioware failed to see you need missions to be challenging at some level for them to be fun. Maybe it's different on Xbox, dunno.

Story wise this is thin but it was a pleasure to play still. And it was free so I'm not complaining.

Umm, hey all. Just finished downloading and was about to install it - but double clicking it gave me a pop-up antivirus alert! This didn't happen to me with any other of the DLC content. I did download it using a download accelerator so maybe one the links that the software uses was infected.... just making sure here that no one else has this issue. Would also like that a bioware representative will respond here vouching for the safety of the files here. I am using Comodo Anti-virus with latest signatures..... if bioware says that everthing is allright on thier side, than I will try agian downloading WITHOUT the accelerator... man this sucks :-(
I'm using KAV and it didn't detect anything with the DLC.
Btw, you can kill geths by hitting them with a hovertank, it's just as fun as it was with mako.

Try downloading it without using the accelerator and make sure you download it from this link and nowhere else; if you still get a warning from your AV, it's definatly a false positive.

@Jacks24; I checked and double checked and the firewalker download looks to be clean, so it's either a false positive from your AV software, or that dowload accelerator did something really funky.

Are there all of missions too?
