It looks like an awesome flying Mako.
The controls.
The Bad...
No integration into the main story line. It would have been so easy to add it into areas such as the trip to the Keystone on Tuchanka.
Another mission from TIM using the cop-out email delivery system. I told him to F-off, why is he still sending me info?
The mission to actually get it, how ****** poor was that? How much extra effort would it have been to make it actually fun and interesting?
The voice for the VI, I mean really, was it necessary to have it state the friggin obvious, all the bloody time?
The oh i've started, oh i've finished, linear corridor shoot-fest missions.
The holographic indicator columns of light. I mean, really? Who's stupid enough to not be able to find a bloody big yellow target on the ground, when you can only go one way down a linear corridor?
You can't get out of it during the mission. Seriously, who thought that it was a good idea to not let us get out? It could have added so much depth to the missions getting out and actually doing things, instead of hovering over a stupid bullseye.
No Mako style sniper canon with zoom.
No health bar. How the hell do I know how damaged it is?
It really, is as i've previously stated... A half arsed job, that is only free and is only there so that Bioware doesn't have to include the code for it with every paid for DLC that uses it.
Bioware really do seem to have sold themselves to the devil lately. Everything released in the last 6 months has been unimaginative, poorly executed, lets take the easy route, no thought behind it, cop-out crap.

Long story short, Bioware along with Pandemic Studios entered on some kind of deal Elevation Partners that in turn sold then to EA later (about the same time the then CEO of Elevation Partners left to became the CEO of Electronic Arts).
Now Pandemic is closed (not I am blaming EA for it, writing was on the wall even before that) so if you think EA does not own Bioware ... let me say this, they did not payed 860 millions USD for nothing.
Oh any idiot that want to argue against this ...

--------------------
Positive:
-The design of the Hammerhead
-The planets you visit
-Its free
-A nice extra in the cabin after completion
--------------------
Negative:
-Way too short
-You still cant visit the cargo bay. (seriously, wtf?)
-No health bar
-No exploration
-As good as no dialoge (what is this? A mime show?)
-No comments of your crew, especially Joker, on some of the missions.
-------------------
Well, I say it wasnt that bad. It was free after all. For the future, Bioware, I suggest playing Mass Effect 1 again for a while and then play Mass Effect 2 directly afterwards. You notice the whole feeling went on a holiday for that title? Get it back and Use the great designs you made for the Planets on an "Open World" area for the Hammerhead to race around on. Just like ME1. Just dont touch the handling! Its fine as it is right now.

In overall it was OK. It wasn't terrible but way below the greatness of the main campaign. Still looking forward to the new teammember though. Hopefully that'l be more interesting.

but still shouldnt it be available the moment it changes to the 23 why give a date and not a time im not being impatient just want to know what time it comes out on
If you use that logic then i have more to complain about because it has been the 23rd for the past 15 hours
No you have to learn the world dosen't revolve around you and where you live - as i said earlier you should wait for another hour and 20 minutes because then midnight would have passed in Edmonton (generally past DLC has been released at that time) and then you can start complaining.
Wow way to be a an **** i just wanted to know what time it comes out, hey how about being an **** and making stupid comments you actually read the comment before posting and making your self not look like an ass just saying

Even if you do think its crap its free crap. Besides, I really like some of the DLC they've released.
On the downside... I'm not a fan of the armor's with helmets you can't remove or the fact that you can't have any conversations with Zaeed and while the ME1 sentimentalist in me appreciated the Normandy Crash site, I would have preffered if it had amounted to more than simple item collection (would have made a good puzzle based mission); but aside from that I'd say the DLC has been pretty good.
I like the Eviscerator shotgun, I like the arc projector, I thought Zaeed's loyalty mission was really well executed (although I would have liked some more jungle warfare) and the Firestorm happens to be my favorite heavy weapon in the whole game.
I haven't finished downloading Firewalker yet; but from what people are saying it does sound like it didn't live up to its potential and to be frank its really something that should have been implemented into the main campaign as the MAKO was in ME1 (although preferably as a change of pace, not the central element the MAKO was). Still though, its free and on some level you get what you pay for. So wait until the Kasumi DLC comes out and if its crap then you'll really have something to complain about.

Ehhh, not just like ME1. The MAKO was fun when you were rolling around on fairly flat terrain while blowing Geth to hell; but I'll pass on trying to climb up a cliff because it seems like the only way to get to my objective and clearly the handling and super bouncy physics needed some refining.
In praise of the MAKO....
1: I really liked the Turret on the MAKO (aside from the fact it couldn't aim down).
2: I thought its design was really cool.
3: I liked how it was implemented into the main campaign.
4: I liked being able to get in and out of it, so that a single mission could combine ground and vehicular combat.
5: The concept of exploration in the MAKO was great, although the terrain made it a pain.
For ME3, I'd like to see the vehicle implemented into the main campaign as in ME1 and some ME1 style exploration missions where I'm given a large map to
explore in my vehicle; but only if the terrain is less punishing and
only if I actually have something interesting to explore. Furthermore, I'd actually
prefer a wheeled vehicle more like the MAKO for ME3 provided they fix the physics to be less bouncy and to have a little bit of powerslide added to it like the Warthog from HALO. Aside from that tweaking the jump thrusters on the original MAKO so that they propel you up and forward at a 45 degree angle instead of straight up could also add some fun to the game, particularly if they give you some ramps to play around with while you're blowing enemies to hell.

I played it on veteran without the slightest hint of getting damaged... just keep moving,
keep shooting, and if you can't handle both at the same time kill from a distance.
Its firepower is such that I find it actually difficult to die without standing still and asking
for it. o_O (no offense meant)

I actually meant the Hammerheads handling. Sorry if I wasnt clear enough on that. Regardless, you got some very good points there.
EDIT:// I remember seeing some values in the coalesced.ini for the Vehicle. Ill go and check them out now. Could be something interesting hidden in there.

If you are on the 360 and went straight from downloading it into the game you will need to go back to the Xboxlive dashboard then back into the game, if your on PC well not sure.
Personally i like the way the Hammerhead controls, and the combat in it was not as mindnumbing as it was with the Mako, I do miss the secondary weapon from the mako though, I think the hammerhead needs a coaxial Machine Gun like the Mako had.
As for the missions I felt like a fat kid who was taken into an Icecream shop and only allowed one scoop of vanilla icecream, I was left utterly disappointed and wanting more.
