People who gripe about free content are stupid and think that all DLC should be free.

If you're going to make free content, at least do something worth a crap and try and hide the fact that you're going to make multiple "$10 Hammerhead mission packs", I think that is exactly what Bioware is doing, it's so obvious they're making these 3 minute missions as some sort of cheap demo for a bunch of paid DLC they're most likely releasing in the future.JedTed wrote...
Only 1 day left! Looking forward to seeing what the missions are like.

Imagine if in ME3 you didn't get Biotic powers, than Bioware "released" them as "DLC" a month later, but you only got to use them in five three minute missions, and than a month later they released a $15 "DLC pack" that unlocked the powers for all missions.
Also I think Kasumi is going to be great DLC, but this Hammerhead stuff should have been in the damn game from the start.

As much as I'm expecting a flop, kinda wanting more dissapointment from more people, I hope Bioware delivers, simply because the more crap I put on my small 360 harddrive, the more aggravated I get.
Can't you remove it and add it again later?

Well, I hope some of the five missions includes free exploration like ME1 uncharted worlds, not only a flying shooter vehicle with guided scenaries. When i knew about this new Mako I wish missions like ME1, something different to glad all the people, not only shooter fans. I don't know if I will be happy after play this.
Let me see tomorrow.

Ever think that maybe they wanted to include the Hammerhead with the game but it wasn't quite ready for release? Would you rather them charge you for those five three minute missions?

I just hope they release some real DLC sometime in the future. And by that I mean 10 or 15+ hours of side missions with some story depth and further character development. Something like Awakening for DA:O would be quite awesome. I wouldn't mind paying for that kind off stuff, no problem.

Agreed 100% with this post. It's good to see that Bioware are broadening their horizon with the DLC and all, but most of it so far has just been little bug bites. It is still way too early though I guess, we'll just have to wait and see what really comes down the pipeline in post-Kasumi DLC.Relix28 wrote...
Or they could release DLC mission packs. My wish is just more missions with actual story and char development and less of this short micro-dlc bull**** that's not actually worth of another new playthrough.

They didn't even START the Hammerhead until December.
People are just looking for things to crybaby about because they think everything should be free.

Apologies if this has been asked before but does anyone know if this mission pack will include any "ground" missions? Meaning missions that won't require the use of the tank thing.
Thanks in advance.

You get out of the Hammerhead once and for less than 4 minutes. Compare it to one of the waste of time super short N7 missions you probably did. However it sounds like you get out of the Hamerhead in anothe mission as well.
-Frankly I think this Hammerhead looks like its nothing more than a joke. “Oh, look we’ll make a vehicle that is limited to corridor crap levels, just like almost every other mission level we made in ME2.” The only difference is these hammerhead levels don’t have any barricades that pop into place when you get close to them so you can hide behind.
Yet so many people are praising it like its some great godsend download. When I think of a vehicle and how to properly use it in a game I look to games like the Halo series where the levels were massive enough for you actually drive the vehicle, not get stuck in a ravine or canyon hovering over things to collect.

Geez, DD, how is that any worse than driving on empty planets from ME1? At least here something happens. And there can be more missions in the future. Consider it a "test run" or something. Cheerio, mate!

-I would take improved Mako driving levels from ME1 using the graphics we see in ME2 over this any day of the year. With everything we’ve seen in those video clips, BioWare could have just put a gun on the Kodiak Drop Shuttle to do everything the Hammerhead is doing. No wonder this thing didn’t make the final game in time.
As for the “test run“ idea. It’s a bit late to be bringing out stuff for a game that’s still experimental in any form. Instead of releasing a full sized expansion pack with a lot of missions (or at least 5 long ones) for this thing we get another half done product with what sounds like one mission that might be worth a damn to do.
