I have polish version of ME2 and hint system during hammerhead missions is screwed. It tels me to push right mouse button to scan for resources when the button V do it. The same it tells me to jump whith left shift when jumping is made by E button.
Thanks for that - I've just experienced the same thing. Except I'm running the English version. I'd have never guessed I was supposed to use the V and E keys.. I thought the game was bugged when I couldn't do anything.
I've no idea why it's telling me to use the wrong buttons - I haven't changed any key bindings or anything.
I tried searching the forums for this, but came up with nothing. Has no one else experienced this problem?

I experienced the same problem too, you are not alone. Actually, I would be astonished if most PC players had not experienced it. I must say I am a bit disappointed as it sort of implies no one in the QA team bothered checking what were the default control scheme of the vehicule.

Boring. Dull. Flat. Brown. Strafe. Scanning. Dull.
These missions are only slightly more engaging than scanning planets for resources. So far the 'free' DLC's have all lived up to their price tag and I really wouldn't recommend anyone pay for access to the cerebus network.

dear bioware, we will pay for good DLC, the firewalker dlc was the worst thing ive ever downloaded since they came up with the idea to connect two computers together.
Jusat be thankful you didn't get RoT for DA:O, now that is lmfao worthy DLC and a bad sign of things to come.

Truth. Complete truth.
I actually bought that.

i haven't played the missions yet, but i'd like to thank Bioware for giving us free DLC, i hope you guys listen to what people think instead of dumbing down ME 3.
You really think it will go from great, to dumbed down, back to great?
I hope that happens.
ME2 was for noobs, but I bet it made a lot of money.

I hear you man. These days games seems to be developed for xboxes kids... Not that I have anything against them, but developers should know that there are grown people who would like to play some challenging game... I still prefer to play ME1 over ME2 today.
The DLC... well, what was that? Some beta testing for new missions? Yeah, nice to have a ball on your quarters, but those 4 missions are, well... what was that one mission, a checkpoint race? Doh, I'd rather play Dirt2...

Not sure if this has been posted before, but has anyone had trouble downloading the Firewalker pack on the 360? I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any help sure would be appreciated!
Are you using marketplace? The only way to download DLC is via Cerberus Network. Load up the game and click on new downloads.

The Dragon Age system was nice, but it didn't work on a lot of people's computers (mine included) due to the service not properly triggering.

Indeed, the idea was nice, the execution sucked. I (and lots of other people) ended up with major bugs (most notably with Shale) because the service hadn't properly started when I started playing.

Firewalker seemed like "hey we aren't going to put this vehicle in the main game, so let's just make a few missions with it for people who have the CE, and maybe even people will buy it so we can make money with very little extra effort."
With material goods, you can touch, feel, see, and often experience the item before the purchase.
Not so with intellectual material, so if you bought or played it and were disappointed there is far less you can do about it other than "complain" or speak with your pocket book in the future.
PC games cannot even be returned or traded in. (not looking to discuss why, I understand all of the reasons).
I am looking for a deep enriching experience in PC gaming, and as the years progress, this is slowly eroding.
RPGs seemed to have improved vastly from 1995 to until about 2005, but the last 5 years have not really "wowed" me much. I give props to Fallout 3, ME1, The Witcher and Dragon Age.
Overall DLCs in games are let downs, so this is not exclusive to Bioware.
I feel an RPG should concentrate more on the DLCs having more emotional content such as Return to Ostegar. Yes it was short, but it fleshed some things out and stayed true to the premise of the game.
If future ME DLC or expansions use the Hammerhead I will stay clear, and have already stated that ME2 regressed my experience from ME1 in regard to game-play and storyline.

thanks Bioware for all the free content so far, and I will be getting all the DLC you release. This one of the best games of they year and most of you people just complaint too much, especially for free DLC. Do you guys complain if the sky is blue too?
are we seriously not allowed to flame people like this? It's like they are trying to throw watered down insults at us. Not giving a single thought to our accusations(perhaps completely ignoring everything that was said), and coming up with the most retarded counter argument makes you look like an idiot.
You are indeed entitled to say "Hey, thanks for the free 'Trash' that I actually looked forward to, and just ended up wasting my time."
but don't try to demean us for not liking it (And having far better reasons not to, than you have for supporting it, which is obvious by the content of your comment), Thanks

The levels were...okay, I guess. The only one(s) I generally enjoyed were the ones were you ACTUALLY thought enemies. I didn't have too much trouble, but I was on my 1 account on normal difficulty-I thought this one had the difficulty on veteran/hardcore when I started fighting!
Low health sucks. Ramming geth, specially the bigger ones, is still fun, but harder and generally impractical. No machine gun was a let down, and the guided missiles aren't really that useful. I prefered mako combat.
The story behind it wasn't that good, and just about no extra dialouge
I'd give 6.5/10.

it was a cheap thrill. Ride a nice vehicle and shoot some geth. It sucked, but it was a fun experience

Um, I guess you play games for a different reason than me then.
See, I play games to have fun. If I play a DLC pack and it provides a "fun experience", then I tend to be quite satisfied.

Except this DLC was in NO way "fun." It was an extremely boring, extremely linear, waste of time...
BW didn't even think to bundle any achievements with this... while Zaeed got an achievement simply for walking up to him and pressing "A"... Achievements would not have made these missions better, but at least they'd have a reason to be played....
These missions have nothing to do with anything in the game. They're just tossed in, and on my next playthrough I'll skip right passed them...
As for the handling, I found it awkward... A vehicle should not handle identically to a Human. It makes it feel much less like a vehicle... The Mako fondly reminded me of a Warthog from Halo: CE. It was clunky, but you got used to it. It felt like a vehicle...
Yes, it's free... but it's complete garbage... BW isn't even trying here... There's literally like 50 words of dialogue added, 5 crap missions that take about 4 minutes to complete each... they focused so much on giving the hammerhead good control they neglected everything else consumers/customers/fans look for...
Personally, i'd give this DLC not a 6.5/10 like what-his-face a few posts up, but a 2.5/10. It was obviously rushed, had very very very very little creativity, BW clearly was looking to save money on this so they didn't bring in any voice-actors.... and so I say unto you BW, "Meh..."
Free garbage is still garbage... clean, smooth, fancy garbage... yep, still garbage...
Hopefully Kasumi will offer us a bit more...
I swear to GOD BW if Kasumi is recruited by walking up to her and talking to her on Omega i'm trading my ME2 into Gamestop and boycotting not just ME but any and every BW game ever to come... As this will make it very apparent that you have only your wallet's interest in heart, and not the satisfaction of your fans...
