A few months ago I redeemed my Shale code. However, I never bothered to download it for fear of not being able to play if my internet wasn't available. I figured out this is wrong(I hope) and decided to download Shale, but he's not in my registered game promotions; only Mass Effect 2's. I don't seem to be able to find anything on an issue like this. I need help.
I'm on the PC btw.

Nevermind, all good.
EDIT: I saw that for some reason a lot of people had looked at this topic, so I guess it's best not to leave others in the dark. You have to download the DLC in-game and I believe the Dragon Age Updater has to be enabled. I originally had this disabled so I don't know what you would do if there's already a problem with it.
