Quick question, at the end of the origins i was a human noble (lvl 22) and i put allister on the throne with anora locked up in the tower, at the end my character survived and  it said my character went travelling with Leliana before coming back to help out the grey wardens then going travelling again before never being seen again, does this mean i carnt have my character in Awakening ?? or will he come back..

You can import any character from Origins just fine, even dead ones.

Your epilogue ending doesn't change the expansion much. You can still import your character, just assume that all of those things happen after your character spends some time as the Warden commander.
