Just got this error today. Did a fresh install of the game, patch 1.3 and toolset 1.0.1 earlier today. Went to load a B2B and import a .dlg file, got this error:

E: 14:48:35 - Unable to save resource zevran_main.dlg. 

It's not checked out but it is modified very slightly from the original game's .dlg file. I tried restarting the toolset, same thing.

I was able to import other .dlg files successfully in the same B2B, but the only file that didn't import was one that i had modified (very slight modifications mind you; a branch link and an animation add.)

So I haven't run across this before and the only other thread i found with a similar issue was never answered...

Anyone have any ideas? 


Edit: No idea what the issue was or how to correct it, but I ended up uninstalling the toolset & reinstalling. When in doubt, just scrap it and start anew. Works fine now.
